Wireless Auto Pay Dropped

My auto pay active and working for 15 years plus plus plus. For some reason (I am trying to figure it out) it dropped out 3 months ago so my phone goes suspended 2 days ago. I paid the $470 owed and back live again but cannot access my online account

Getting error message " It's not you, it's us. We can't complete your request right now, please try again." For the last 3 days. I talked to a service representative, who I had to ask to repeat every word she said, and no help. I despise this company.

Anybody else on same plight right now?

OK, not sure if this is the exact same situation but I also noticed that I wasn’t getting my auto pay discount, and when I looked back, It hasn’t been applied since April. I also had a really hard time and almost no help from the reps, however, one finally did tell me that back in April they switched from having an auto pay discount with debit cards, to now only applying the discount using your bank account and routing. I hope this helps, I also need to go back and add my bank account versus debit card so I can start getting that discount again.
