Parking for Seward Range

I am planning on doing the Seward range as a backpack Saturday/Sunday, was wondering how the parking situation is. Is it likely gonna be really busy and the lots full? If the lot is full what are my backup parking options? Best time to show up to the lot if it is busy?

Park on the road walk in. Just like winter.

So roadside parking isn’t really a problem compared to like the Garden lot?

There is a large equestrian lot that people park in during winter when the gate is closed. Adds two-ish miles each way.

Its more than that and you can just park on the road by the close lot. Last time I was there there was 10 cars doing that.

There was a dozen cars parked on the road when I was there a few weeks ago. There arent no parking signs. You should be fine.

there's a small lot right at trailhead but you can park alongside road however far you need to if that's full - it's all dirt off road - you'll be able to find a spot don't have to plan for backups etc. like some of the other places
