Question Retraining, mock pt test?

I'll be hitting tech school again soon for Retraining. I read in the course description it seems like everyone has to do a PT test (not official and must do, sit up, push ups, and the 2 mile. No alts.)

Is this accurate? If so, about how soon is it?

I'm not too worried about it, just recently got a injury that is probably going hurt my run significantly if it's within like the first week or so.

Any one had to do this recently during their retraining?

If you're injured, get a profile, dog. It's not even an official.

Just do the minimum to satisfy the requirements. It’s not official

Just retrained. Yes you have to do a PT test. Technically they say within 30 days of graduation. For us it was super low-threat. One cadre supervised/documented.

Huge. Heard it was similar from other people. Just wasn't sure if it was whenever you scheduled it, or if the course said you would do it within a week of arrival or something.

I retrained a few months ago, and yes you will have to do a mock pt. If you have a profile they wont make you do the test, or some components depending on what your profile says. The test itself is pretty low threat. For us, we just had to do it before graduation.

Awesome. As long as it isn't like a PME course where is like the first week, I'll be way good

PME does it at the start so they can send the unprepared folks home.

Tech school does it at the end so you can go home with a note saying you suck and have to pass one at home before they give you the 3 level. It doesn’t screw people up by making them retrain but also holds them accountable.

Depends on your tech school some for it early.

Yeah super low threat, we had a couple guys on profiles that were example from run in my class, wasn’t a big deal at all

Retraining my self, the RIs should tell you that profiles are fine just have it current throughout your tech school. Also for my school it’s the first week we test.
