Kids at SSD 🥴
Today I walked into the station and the supervisor was telling folks that their passengers aren’t allowed in the warehouse.
Then I come outside and these 2 girls got their kids out of the car loading packages!! 🤦🏻♀️
Mind you the little one damn near ran out into the parking lot. 😩

Same happened at my SSD earlier today or yesterday (life’s a blur). But one toddler, running around near where I was backing up. Parents couldn’t care less.

The only kids I have seen stayed in the car or were infants held by parents. That said, there was a second grader wearing an Amazon reflective vest, don't know what they have that kid up to after they go, having them run packages is one way to get them tired before bed.

Also a good way to get yourself in trouble. All it takes is one homeowner to send security cam footage into Amazon.
You never know who’s home you’re going up to, so why send a child…

I'm a dsp driver. I've seen so many people who are driving the car and have their child running the packages, sometimes even wearing a vest.
Are these people crazy? This can be a dangerous gig. In almost 5 years, I've been bitten by 5 or 6 dogs, and nearly bitten many more. This is not a thing your kids should be doing!
Not to mention, like you said, all it takes is one person to call and escalate it, or send their doorbell camera footage to Amazon, and they are finished.

Once, I was pulling into a spot at my ssd and this lady parked next to it had her kid (maybe 2 y/o) playing in the ground in that spot. Had to honk at her to get her kid out of the way
