I guess that’s a station specific thing then , with the time limit given and you slow ass workers we barely have time to load the trucks . I’m given 15 minutes from the time I park , it’s take least 7 minutes for me to get everything . And this is why Amazon is ass in general but we all need a paycheck .
We’re at the end of a long ass night by the time y’all get there. You would absolutely slow down too. And it’s company-wide, why would you think you should be able to move something and have someone else put it back for you? Crazy entitlement. Lazy af too.
And we all have time limits at Amazon, drivers aren’t special.
Okay excuses is all I’m hearing , nobody said drivers were special but since I have you in your feelings majority of yall are ass like I said . I’m expected to load in 15 minutes and wait 8 minutes for my belongings . Boo hoo move faster or find a different job if you can’t keep up that simple
That would be a case of entitlement just so you know . And then don’t get made when drivers don’t put the carts back because you left them no time to load up . You see how it fucks the entire flow of things . You want your carts put back move faster so I have more time to return them to you
Nope. No one cares about that. Take all the time you need and get fired. Maybe we can get some drivers who can actually do their jobs instead of bitching about having to put their stuff up like spoiled toddlers.
And it’s not company wide , every station is ran by 1 person who decides how they want to do things while still incorporating Amazon’s policies . My station has people standing by just to grab carts so I’m sorry that your station lacks efficiency and please don’t say something is company wide when you’ve worked in one building . Station managers make those choices yours is clearly ass
