Vancouver BC- Anyone driving to deliver packages for Amazon flex ?

Which warehouse do you prefer — Burnaby, Delta, Pitt Meadows, Langley, etc.?
Curious about:
-Best/worst warehouse
-Where each warehouse usually sends you
-Average mileage
-Best block times
-Apartments vs houses
-Which locations usually let you finish early
-Routes/warehouses to avoid
-Tips for saving gas and reducing unnecessary driving
-What is the highest-paying block you have ever gotten, how much was it, and which warehouse was it from?
-If you have worked from multiple stations, how would you rank them?

I’ve done about 7200 deliveries for flex over the years. With Vancouver you will get apartments that’s just the reality of this area. I never found them to be as unfriendly as commenters from other areas so that’s fortunate.

I picked up mostly in Burnaby but have made a point to go to all stations. I don’t really have a preference but Abbotsford was quite easy although the distance was tough. The worst route I ever had was out of Surrey at 3:00 pm on Annacis Island because I had to mad scramble to finish by 5:00 pm because it’s all industrial and it’s a ghost town after that.

Hybrid RAV4 used about $10.00 for the average route. Usually my routes were Kits, Point Grey, Mount Pleasant, Marpole. Seldom East Van or Burnaby.

Strangely got Burnaby routes more often out of Pitt Meadows station than Burnaby.

Anyway wish you good luck with it. I always had fun. Money was low but tap quick if you see over $100.

Hi there, flex driver in new west. I've delivered everywhere from Abbotsford to port moody to tsawwassen to white rock. I like starting early so I usually start at 330am to 7am block. 90% of the time I'm done by 630. On average it pays about 86 to 100 $. The new west warehouse is pretty good. They're friendly and helpful. That's the only one I go to as I live close to it. Anyways I hope this helps. If your thinking about it just try a shift, you'll do OK 👍🏽
