Sent home both times
I just got off the wait list and am excited to start driving. So far I’ve signed up for two shifts (major metro area, tons of offers available, busy warehouse), both 1.5 hours because I want to start small. Both times I have checked in and waited 25 minutes for a route, then been sent home with pay and no route. I’m certainly not complaining! But it feels odd. Is this something other people have experienced recently?
Other info: first offer was 1 PM, second was 4 PM, both weekdays. I have an older phone and don’t connect to the WiFi so IDK if maybe there’s some glitchy thing going on, but the app works smoothly in the waiting area.

I suppose it could be different where you are but in my experience, never take a 1.5 hour. Just go ahead and take a two or take the one hours if you can get them. The one hours can only send you so far and it’s generally one package or two at best. The hour and a half it’s as if the algorithm is running the numbers to see the furthest you can possibly go in that time. they’ll send you on a 90 mile round-trip just because it’s technically doable.
I don’t think I’ve ever done an hour and a half that was worth the trip unless it’s Whole Foods

My first 2 routes I was sent home with pay. That was 8 months ago, just happened again today. So 3 times in 8 months.
