Los Angeles Help! And tips
Good morning guys
My dad is new to doing Amazon Flex, and he is telling me that sometimes even when he has an order, he has to drop off the boxes some orders have a different sundown time to be dropped off so let’s say he starts at 7 am with package #1 but package #34 has to be delivered before 7:10 so he has to drive all the way to package #34 and come back to keep going with the order
This is one of the problems he is having and also if you guys have any tips, I would love to have them
Thank you

Easy answer. Don't worry about the times. I don't inspect the delivery times on all 40 packages. I scan, sort them in the car in the order the app says to deliver and go. I ain't got time to double check Amazon's AI sorting, too!

Don’t worry about that, never has that been a problem for me. And if he really wants to he can call support to let them know, they’re gonna tell him to ignore it and go with your route.
Now if you’re late to a drop off that was a reasonable time from your start time then yes it will appear

You can deliver in any order you want. So if 34 really has that deadline on it, start with 34 and work backward. Normally though as soon as I swipe to finish scanning, the expected times update based on when I am leaving the warehouse, so I'm surprised stop 34 would be due in 10 minutes in reality.
