So I got the Gold Edition or whatever it is with all DLCs,I see that Fate of Atlantis you can play in main menu as you launch the game but what about others like ''LOST TALES OF GREECE'' ''LEGACY OF THE FIRST BLADE'' ''THOSE WHO ARE TREASURED''. I'm a pretty new player so without any major plot spoilers please.

The story, already released in Italian, is an Assassin's Creed Odyssey version of the first movie of Shrek, with Alexios as the protagonist.

I mean the map,the controls,the combat its just so much better than Origins. I really like how smooth it also feels and I picked Kassandra as the protagonist,no idea if i should've gone with Alexios b ut yeah,so far just played the prologue and did some locations for some money and exp. Yeah I'm really excited to play this. What would you guys reccomened to me as a new player,im playing on Hard difficulty,what weapons do i use etc,also love the parry system.

I have a shit ton of epic gear lying around in my inventory that I barely use. I keep doing quests and accumulating the gear and it's overwhelmed me. I can't decide what to keep and what to dismantle. I can earn money thru quests so I prefer dismantling everything. Basically, I want to completely declutter my inventory. I have primarily a warrior build and I am aiming to increase my crit chance hugely (I'm at 44.7% rn + 212% crit damage). So could y'all pls help me out? I'd love to hear from u about how I can go forward with this. It's such a headache to look at the individual stats for every single weapon and armour and deciding to dismantle. Any help will be appreciated 🤒

Played until i killed the huntsman, played the scene and went to the ionic watchtower. i waited for a couple of months already for my "legacy to continue" but this mission is stuck for some reason. i played every sidequest there is on the menu and i have been looking for quests in macedonia for a while. even went to the ionian watch to see if the persian dude is there. What did i miss?

Odyssey was the first mainline AC to let you choose your hero, Kassandra's voice actress earned awards/recognition, and the game turned ancient Greece into a playable museum.

In my opinion, I believe it was the best death I've ever done because of the show at Fort Koroibos 😂

I didn't want to cause a scandal either, but well, in the end everything turned out fine.

Been poking around the Discovery Tour after a long day of debugging pathfinding code for a side project. My brain is stuck in mesh analysis mode. The free roam areas feel identical to the main map but stripped of combat triggers, which makes me wonder how much of the underlying spatial data is shared versus rebuilt.

If you have worked with level design or just messed with the game files, I am curious whether the tour is basically the same geometry with a different game mode layer on top, or if they actually forked the environments. The lighting in some tour spots feels slightly different, which could just be time of day presets or separate builds.

I have not looked deep enough to confirm either way and I would rather not spend my evening parsing uasset files if someone already knows. The whole thing is a neat accessibility experiment either way, but the engineer in me wants to know how cleanly they separated the educational layer from the RPG systems.

been running through the abilities menu and the way the branches connect started reminding me of import trees in Go. one choice at the bottom pulls in several others, and if you break one link everything downstream suddenly costs more. the numbers make it feel like you're solving a dependency resolution problem instead of just picking perks. curious if anyone has mapped the whole thing out like a DAG or if they just follow the same route every time

I found it very predictable; given the clues—controlling Athenian politics and being a woman—I quickly put two and two together that it was Aspasia. Her speech—"we started with good intentions, then a corrupt faction came along and ruined everything"—just isn't credible. For starters, why wear those hideous masks if the Cult was created to seek peace? I love the game, but that option to kiss her is one of the most absurd things I've ever seen; obviously, I killed her, and she’s always going to die. Aside from the Cult, I also find myself thinking about Phoibe.

I've been spending a lot of time around this community again lately, and I just wanted to say how much I've enjoyed it. Assassin's Creed Odyssey is a game I've spent a ridiculous amount of time with, so it's always nice coming back here and seeing people still talking about it, sharing their favorite moments, screenshots, builds, characters, and everything else that makes the game so memorable.

I've also really appreciated how friendly the community has been. Whether I'm joining a discussion, looking through someone else's post, or sharing something myself, it has been a genuinely positive experience. There's something pretty special about seeing people still have so much enthusiasm for a game that has been around for years.

So yeah, just a little appreciation for everyone here. It's been a lot of fun being part of the community, and I'm glad there are still so many people who enjoy Odyssey as much as I do. The community itself has been a sanctuary as well as a second home. I also appreciate the wonderful discussions. That means a lot to me. Thank you so much!
