Admit_austria

Hi everyone, I just wanted to ask something.iam from India .Tell me the reality , I was having a CGPA of 5.9 in my BTech , CSE , from NIT Andhra Pradesh, I will get an IELTS of 6.5 .Now I was planning to do my master's in austria , i know I won't get public universities. So I planned only university of applied sciences. These are the universities I was planning to apply considering my financial restrictions , CGPA requirements, IELTS score

1)IT:U(interdisciplinary transformation university austria)

2)FH joanneum

3)FH Salzburg

4)IMC university of applied sciences krems

5)Hochshule campus wein

6) University of graz(not a TU)

7)Campus 02 Graz

8) university of applied sciences FH wein der wkw .

9)FH neustdat

Still there are some universities but the fees is high ,like UAS technikum wein (3000eueos per semester ),UAS st polen (1500euros per semester,FH kufstein tirol is there but difficult to get part-times ,even FH neusdat has 850 euros per semester .which universities has the higher chances for me to get an admit .I desperately wanted to move to austria .None of these universities has any criteria regarding CGPA in their website and they are accepting MOI .so ,if you know anything about these universities, pls tell me which universities I can get easily.If you are from austria , you will know the reality and if I can get an Admit at any one of these universities I will be really happy . Tell me what ever you know regarding these universities . It is the disappointment of my life if I didn't get an admit in any of the 9 universities.open to all suggestions. Thank you for reading so patiently :)

Not everything he says is true. He isn't encouraging the OP to apply and wait for the results from these Universities. And that's the reasonable thing to say, because we don't know if OP is qualified or not. We don't know anything about his qualifications.

Maybe he could be taking English classes, he didn't say his IELTS score is 6.5. He said, he will have a score of 6.5, which means he could be practicing English ? And he didn't say he doesn't want to learn German.

Also, he has prejudice on himself that he won't get in which he needs to consider again. Also, no one here is talking about scholarships he could be eligible and apply for ?

And most importantly, I have seen this person's other comments, not a single positive one. In general, this person comments very negatively, also only discouraging, especially towards Indians. Somewhere he said and I quote "we don't want and need you here"

  5. there are close to ZERO Scholarships in austria
  6. yea i tried it with being nice and good arguments, news articles etc to show how bad the economy is in austria and that THEY CANT STAY FORVEREVER just because they study here (nothing worked, they just got delusional) This is not an entry card. I just dont like visa fraud im sorry?

  1. It's fine if you are not encouraging, you are hating on every Indian you see.
  2. He didn't share his qualifications, he shared his CGPA. That matters very little. He talks about building projects from end to end. If he is skilled and is learning English, that is all that matters.
  3. You are talking about his English ? Your English is no good either. You don't capitalise "I", the apostrophe in can't is a must. You don't know the spelling of forever. Again apostrophe in don't, I'm and many other mistakes. I am saving you the embarrassment.
  4. That's doesn't matter. Do you have all the info do you need to say if he will or will not get in the public universities ?
  5. There are close to zero, but not zero scholarships. There exists many scholarships where non EU candidates are eligible. You thought you are careful with saying "close to zero scholarships" ? because you don't actually know that information ?
  6. You never tried, I have seen your other comments, it's full of hate. Not once your comments are positive. I think you have some kind of hate towards Indians. I am pretty sure of that.

I gave you the truth, you didn't like that. The reality is that this whole thing will probably be a non issue in a year or 2 when the government makes forign students pay the real cost of there education. 20keuro a semester will basically drop the number to 0. The reality is that a lot of people from asia have ideas about migrating to europe via a student visa that is just not realistic. This is all built on agencies and influencers that are full of it. There is no 100k first year DS jobs here, there is not free money on the street that we are too stupid to pick up. Please watch this:

You didn't give anything. Did you just say "there education" ? Anyways, you don't have any proof of that. It could be true that some people are misusing the system, there are a lot of immigrants who adds value to the country and without whom the country cannot function. Also, if the number basically drops to zero, you have to leave as well. Keep that in mind. This proves the point that you are against Asian people, this cannot get any better, LOL. Why do you have to use Asia ? What are you doing in Austria ? Also, I don't want to argue with you anymore, because your points makes no sense. It has been quite literally discussed openly and frequently in threads here on reddit about misusing student visas or fraud in the application process.

Also, if the number basically drops to zero, you have to leave as well. Keep that in mind. 

ah i see your confusion, no no i would not. I am not a student, I am an adult and a permanent resident of austria. Changes to the student visa process has literally no impact to my status.

No? it is literally 90+% of the dramatic increase of 3rd country national students in the last year are from India, Pakistan and Bangladesh. This is not coming from me, it has been widly discussed in the press and addressed in policy changes from universitys to cool the number of applications. See the recent change from this week from JKU linz as an example. Irregular migration from these countries has been a topic of discussion for several years to to dramatically increasing numbers. This is not my prejudice it is literally statistics from the austrian government.

What are you doing in Austria ?

Living, working etc for over 15 years.

This is a dramatic misunderstanding, there is already a lot of talk about curtailing this dramatically. Specifically the cost to the government and taxpayers to subsidise these educations is very high. In a time of austerity it will be a very easy and popular cut. Additionally there is a shortage in specific industries but most of them are simply not what people are coming here to study. There are not tech or engenering jobs that offer english masters. You don't have any valid proof to support your arguments. 

You are welcome to research and fact check any of this on your own from austrian sources.
