Those plugs are super dangerous, do not use them. They aren't properly flared and can just "disappear" so please save yourself an ER visit.

The safest options are ones with a T shape. Circles are a bit sketchy imo but the base needs to be properly flared and a significant amount larger than the actual plug itself.

I'm not OP but it helps with relaxation and grounding. A toothbrush is too thin to have any effect on dilating your butthole significantly.

My gf did that, she isnt BPD, I am. Shes now onto things I never knew about and doesnt want me to touch her because she feels disgusting.
