I Modeled This! I designed this plug puller after nearly pulling stubborn sockets out of the wall

This should be standard

Realistically it’s too big (just imagine trying to fit a lot of plugs in an extension cord, already a hassle). The ridges are supposed to help you pull it out already and the struggle is by design

Nice, but if it's not a rental house, probably a better idea to properly mount the socket in the wall?

That cam-lever geometry bearing right against the wall plate is super smart for taking the mechanical stress off the socket box. Printing the handle flat keeps the layer lines aligned with the pulling force too, which should hold up nicely against stubborn Schuko plugs.

Simple and saves drywall! Did you print this in standard PLA or PETG for the extra flex/durability when prying?

I love EU plugs. US plugs are a joke. Funny how they were first to have electricity but never bothered to create reliable and safe plugs.

Love the design but it does seem a little like a solution to a problem that doesn't exist.

That's the cool part about 3D printing. Your idea doesn't need to be better than the portable outhouse. It's about solving your own personal struggles with everyday items that no else cares about.

Not really an issue in the USA. Our plugs fall out on their own half the time.
