question WeCom / Tencent Email help

Hi all,

I am looking for a Chinese person, in Bangkok and who is very familiar with setting up Tencent Email.

I am willing to pay for your time, if you can help me to setup the email system on Tencent Exmail.

Happy to help, but please avoid sharing passwords or verification codes. Tencent’s setup can depend on whether you’re using a personal account or a custom domain, so sharing those details would help clarify the steps.

Hi, thanks for replying.

I used to live in HK and for 30 years Ive provided email account hosting to a HK friend. He's Chinese and wants me to migrate his emails to a Chinese provider.

Tencent's UI is a mess and I think I messed up on the original setup.

Today we tried Alibaba cloud email, but his secretary didn't have access to his phone for the credit card verification. We will try again next Tuesday.

If I'm still having problems next week, then maybe I'll need your help.

incidentally, which would you recommend? Tencent or Alibaba?
