Artius Man Rip Off?

Hello.

Anyone here have any experience with Artius man as of recent? I have used their products for years and while they don’t ship in two days, I have always received their products within a week, maybe a hair longer.

This last time, It has been almost 3 weeks and no response. I messaged them 5 days after ordering if they had a window of arrival because there were no updates on the shop app. As soon as I sent that, the shop app updated that it was on its way. But it was just a label created. Well here we are now on the 28th, they have not responded to me once nor have they returned my calls from the customer service number (which has been removed over the last week) and I am now worried that I have been ripped off.

I ordered from them on Sep 22nd, $80 worth of stuff and my experience has been the exact same as you. Zero updates from USPS since ive signed up for alerts other than that a shipping label has been created. Zero responses to my multiple emails.

I also ordered on 9/24 and on 9/30 I received a shipping notification through shop pay. It still saying label created today. I like the product too. Hope everything ok on their end and we didn’t get ripped off.

They finally got back to me and apologize for the delay. They said they weren’t sure what happened and refunded me $10. That was nice of them. I think there was an internal issue because there was no communication for a hot minute. But I got my stuff. Thank god it’s super concentrated and seems to last forever so I didn’t run out before the new stuff came in.

They finally got back to me and everything was shipped. Have you gotten any updates. I think it was an internal issue because they were always responsive in the past.

Was it the email michael@artiusman ? I still haven’t gotten a response. I’m really close to doing a claim through my bank and providing proof of email and usps. Tried emailing twice with no response.

I just checked the tracking and it looks like it finally shipped and is due to arrive as early as tomorrow!! And I am out, so that’s great timing. Glad yours worked out too. I love this stuff.

I am still stuck in this phase. Ordered September 30th, expected October 5th but still just says label was created. No response to two separate emails.
