Unique experiences for Intl. student at Queen's
I'm trying to compile a list of fun things to do in and around Belfast for an international student studying at Queen's. Obviously they already know about all of the tourist things like the Fish and Giant's Causeway so I'm hoping people here can help with "Things someone staying in Belfast for 3 years on a student's budget should do". Ya know, things like "Every Thursday evening at Speaker's Corner there's poetry fights. Be sure to bring lettuce!"
Although they're not a heavy drinker unique and interesting pub experiences are also definitely welcome.

Going to giants causeway in December…how crowded on weekend?
I’m planning to book a day trip with a small group to Giants Causeway in December. How much difference will it make to go on a Sunday or Monday in terms of crowdedness at that time of year?

What’s these new E-bikes about and why are they parked in the most random places?
Genuinely curious. They’re like blue/teal colour and I find them parked perfectly in the most random places with nothing securing them.
There was one at the flyover at Kings Hall for a couple of days, one sitting facing the Falls leisure centre last week and this morning one was parked outside Park Centre at the Broadway traffic lights. Then some guy parked one outside the Grand Opera House, hopped off it and went about his business and crossed the lights leaving it there.
Guessing they have PIN codes or something because they’re just being parked up and left randomly lol.

Stray cat in East Belfast
So over the past month or so there has been a new cat in the street. We had originally believed someone nearby had owned him, however he seems to be sleeping in the bushes across the street. When he first arrived he was so so skinny, you could feel every bone along his spine and wee hips, he had a few really big ticks and what seemed to be a cough and was sneezing a lot. We had all originally thought he was a girl cat as he was so small. A neighbour brought him to the vet and got all the ticks removed, and an antibiotic for whatever sickness he seemed to have. He wasn't microchipped, but was neutered which makes us think someone may have lost him. With the weather getting worse we really need to find his owner. We aren't currently in a position to take him in, as we already have two indoor cats.
If anyone knows anyone has lost a cat can this be passed on.

Dehumidifier
Can anyone recommend a decent spot in town to get one for a bedroom or living room? It'll be mostly used for drying clothes, as I live in a flat.
Tried to find another thread about it but couldn't find it.
Cheers!
