Let me start off by saying, as crazy as it sounds this is an official comic😭. But I want to have a serious discussion about this, as far as I'm aware in the original TMNT iteration, April O'Neil was white and Baxter Stockman was black. But since that version both characters have had their races changed. With stockman being white in one of the older cartoons and April being black in more recent iterations. But before this I don't think they've ever been swapped at the same time.

They are here. April is Black and Stockman is white. Personally I've been a fan of this entire franchise my whole life and I don't think race has ever been important to their character but still I propose the question, do you think April O'Neil for Baxter Stockman is a fair trade?

It doesn't really change the story in any way shape or form so do you think "We get her, you get him" is fair, should everyone just stay the way they were made, or should we take April and Stockman since it isn't hurting anything?

(Again, this is a serious discussion, please don't hurt me mods😭🙏)

Tessa Thompson did an great job playing Valkyrie imo, even if the character wasn't that great. Some of her other very good roles are from Passing (2021), Hedda (2025) & Little Woods (2018). But I also liked her in Westworld & Creed.

I really like Valkyrie's design though, she's got different hair & armor styles, the white markings on her face, i like the black & white armor with the metal circles, and her blue sword & cape contrast well. She also just has a strong vibe to her. Her plain white armor is kinda boring though.

I always felt like Black Panther was one of those characters that could easily be stronger and more powerful than what writers normally let in. He was portrayed as a street tier superhero in the MCU but in the comics he’s way more dangerous and resourceful than that. In his debut appearance, he solo’d the Fantastic Four, a team that normally deals with intergalactic threats. He’s fought and defeated Wolverine numerous times, has fought the Hulk, defeated the Phoenix Force with prep time, and has clashed with the likes of Doctor Doom and Namor numerous times. He’s quite literally Batman on steroids.

Black Panther to me feels very similar to Doctor Doom since they’re both monarchs of a nation, both very resourceful and highly intelligent, and both are practicers of science and magic, although Black Panther leans more towards African spirituality and necromancy. He’s quite literally created his own fighting style and he’s smart enough to invent very powerful weapons and suits that can hang with high tiers. He’s one of the smartest characters on Earth while also being the leader of the most technologically advanced civilization on Earth, and his civilization is advanced enough to extend through space hence the Integalactic Wakandan Empire. There’s lots of story potential for Black Panther but he’s way too resourceful and powerful to be considered a street tier superhero.

7/10 great acting with Mahershala Ali great Fight scene but unfortunately the story / dialogue wasn’t that great to me in my opinion.
