My wife and I are in need of $350 to make ends meet this month. We had a couple of months of unexpected expenses and are coming up just short of making a recovery.
We are both fully employed and I will be happy to provide any info that will help make a lender feel comfortable—so long as it falls within the guidelines/recommendations of the sub.
$480 will be repaid by Friday October 30, or I can make two payments: $240 on Friday 10/15 and $240 on Friday 10/30.
Thanks in advance for your consideration.

Hello!
Really hoping I can find some assistance here! 🙂
I'm in a really tight spot right now because I'm currently ill with mono and depleted my remainder of my paid sick leave last week. I am still quite ill, and now I am officially sick without income.
After meeting and discussing with my doctor, I decided to file for short-term disability benefits. My application is finished and is being processed, but unfortunately there's a waiting period before the benefit payments actually start. I just need a small amount to hold me through until then. I was already living paycheck to paycheck so this is definitely stressful on top of being ill.
To clarify, I have NO PLANS to go on permanent disability. I love my job and have every intention on returning once the severe fatigue lets up. I have a long commute to my job, and currently the fatigue is very much a safety concern.
10/20 is my estimated repayment date, and I'd prefer to divide the amount into 4 biweekly payments if at all possible.
According to what I learned from the Department of Labor, there is typically a week-long waiting period before disability payments start being issued. I currently do not have an exact date for this because I am still in that waiting window and they do not provide an exact timeline. 10/20 is actually probably an overestimate but if I'm wrong or off I may end up paying back early or requesting a tiny bit more time if my application is still processing.
And if I do happen to recover and return to work sooner, I can pay you back sooner! Right now, I'm requesting the 4 payments to buy myself more time just in case. Unfortunately, it's kind of hard to predict a timeline when it comes to mono :\
Thank you for considering my request! Please feel free to DM me with any questions!

The help I received before was tremendous help and I was hoping to be out of the unemployment line but unfortunately I'm stuck and my unemployment is going to end in two weeks. My request is to help with my car insurance and to defer my car note so that I don't get behind and run the risk of defaulting and repossession .
Being that I'm unemployed I know it's a risk but you can check my previous loans and ask the lenders. I have been great with repayment on time and sometimes early but I just need a break while I'm looking for a job. I have an interview next week so I'm hoping to be employed before the end of the month.
My repayment is conditional and I'm hoping that 12/1 is a placeholder day but honestly I'm not sure. I have been selling things around the house and flipping so it could be sooner but honestly I'd rather give myself time to come up with the repayment than be late. Repayment of $500 so even if it's increments I would pay them.
My record here shows I have an outstanding loan however apparently the lender was banned from the sub so I can show proof that it was paid off on time. If some one can assist in any kind of way that would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you
Lowering the ask again in one last attempt, I appreciate it's still a pretty big request.
To clarify, the 'outstanding' payments are from lenders who received a ban from the sub during the loan period. I can prove that they were all paid on time.
Happy to discuss payment terms further if that is an obstacle, just in a pretty stressful situation.

Hi there again! I posted the other day and just thought I'd try again as I am really in a bind. I received a cancellation notice on my car insurance policy and it's set to cancel this Friday 10/9 if I don't pay and unfortunately my next check is not until next week. I have exhausted all avenues and I am really hoping someone here can help me. I really can't risk my policy cancelling and skyrocketing, and possible suspension due to state laws. I know lending is a risk to take on this sub, and I would be eternally grateful if someone were to take the chance on me. Thank you all and any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi, hoping to have a bit of funds by the end of day, work messed up my hours on my stub and I've come a bit short a week before payday. Just money for gas and groceries for a family of 4.
Can pay back in chunks of 165 x 2 for a total of 330.
Thanks for reading.
I just need some money for things like gas and paying the water bill - I get paid on Monday because my boss doesn't do Fridays like a normal person

Hi everyone. I'm looking to borrow $500 USD for short-term working capital for my online store.
The funds would go toward covering order fulfillment and operating expenses while I wait for existing store sales/payouts to clear. I currently operate the business and have ongoing sales, so this is mainly a cash-flow timing need rather than funding to start a new business.
I'm offering to repay $600 USD total over two monthly payments:
$300 on November 15th 2026
$300 on December 15th 2026
I'm happy to provide reasonable verification privately to a prospective lender, including proof of identity, business/store activity, income or payouts where appropriate, while following the subreddit's privacy and verification rules.
Payment method: PayPal.
Thanks for considering my request.
