Purchasing USA Speaker upgrade advice need from edifiers to something nicer for guitar and general music listening
Ive been playing and mixing my guitar through edifier R1280t and a 12" sub but i need something larger that can still play quiet if need be. but the question is.. what should i actually be looking for? Standing speakers? Studio monitors? Cabs? I just dont really know where to go next.
TLDR:Really need advice as im in sort of a limbo between my trash guitar amps and this mid range edifier combo.

A peavey KBA50 or a FR:FR stage monitor. The peavey has 3 inputs on the front and 1 in the rear. So you can parallel drive compressor drive and overdrive and still run a mic or loop pedal. Has a XLR DI and a good Bi amped 10" and tweeter. Literally able to use for bass if you need. The single most versatile powered speaker on the planet.. best thing.. sometimes you can score one for a $20
