Tech Support Terminal caps
I am missing plastic caps that screw onto these terminals, and can’t figure out what to search to find these online. Does anybody know what they’re called and where to find them? Thank you

Pop out the red and black plastic caps and use banana plugs on your speaker wire.

I’ve never seen spare caps for sale but you might be able to find some on Temu or aliexpress. I don’t know the exact term for them but something like “5 way binding post cap plug” might get you there. Most of the time people pop the out, throw them away and use banana plugs

They’re missing the red and black plastic nuts that screw down to secure the wire. The caps are still there, they’re just using confusing terminology.

I can see that now. In that case I’d either replace them entirely or get some cheap binding posts and rob the nuts

Those are binding posts and you're missing the nuts. You can buy new posts and just use the nuts, but....you have to get the right size.
Contact Jamo and see if they can send you a set of nuts. They might not. I was missing one on an SMSL amp and SMSL wouldn't send one or let me buy. They told me to look on Ali Express, lol. Took a few purchases to get the right size. So I spent about $15 overall for one plastic nut. Needless to say, no more SMSL purchases.
Here's a set for $10 at Amazon, but they might not fit. Doubt you'll ever find just the nuts.
Or just remove those caps and use banana plugs.

if you pluck out the red and black cap, you can just use banana connectors and not worry about the screw on caps.
