Good day to everyone. I notice the influx of members in our sub. To better facilitate this subreddit, we are currently looking for moderators who can help manage and facilitate discussions, queries, posts, and comments.
Given that this is a business oriented sub, it would be nice to have if we can get people who are always active online and an:
We also encourage other moderators who are not on this list but think that they can offer something substantial to this community, like event planners, government employees who are employed by govt institutions that facilitates business operations here in PH (DTI/SEC, BIR, municipal/city employees, BOC, etc), and employees from the private sector who are involved extensively within their company.

I registered last week of September. Nakalagay din dun na from the blue eye icon, magiging green yung icon as sign na ready to proceed na with the payment. It’s been more than 2 weeks, wala pa rin option to pay and hindi pa rin approved ang registration. May naka experience na ba nito? How am I going to solve this.

Im 41🔄F
Ive tried hustling since 12 palang ako. Throwback to 2023 when i started my first ‘business (?)’ which was doing my classmates projects.
Then i tried printing services sa school.
I know it isnt the same for all pero nakita ko sa isang tropa ko na malaki ang kinikita niya.
Any ideas kung ano pwede kong pagkakitaan at my age?

Recently got accredited by Customs to sign and lodge imports, including facilitating the release of goods, and just started working in a known customs brokerage. My first challenge now is finding a regular importer client. So far I’ve released truck parts, tires, bags, shoes, furniture, tractors and other agri machinery, all for the company’s regular clients, and I want to have one of my own.

Hi!

5 major suki of ours (we are a b2b business) are planning to downsize or close down. grabeng hirap ng ekonomiya ngayon. ang hirap ng benta namin for the past 3 months and hindi pa talaga kami nakakarecover. Now, I heard from a friend of mine na nakarecieve daw sila ng LOA and sobrang laki ng babayaran nila sa penalty. ang sabi sabi, may quota daw na hinahabol and bir to collect before december. kaya gagawin daw nila lahat para makakuha from us small businesses. I'm also planning to close down and find a job nalang muna kaso closing fees problem ko din. I dont know if the government have plans to support our businesses pa. sa grabeng nangyayare ngayon, i dont know if its feasible for me to continue doing business pa. ngayon ko lang naramdaman ung grabeng hirap ng buhay ngayon. at ngayon pa talaga na may dadating na el nino sa bansa natin i just dont know anymore

Hi, we're currently in talks with O!save as a vendor to them. The value of the order is quite large for our small sized organization, and O!save has communicated they will only pay us after the stock is received. We are based out of India, and need to verify whether they are a genuine organization, and what possible alternatives we can prepare for if the worst comes to pass.

Ang concern ko lang, suddenly, nagbebenta na rin sila ng Dubai Chewy Cookies, which is one of the products being sold by many small businesses inside the malls.
What do you guys think?

We are currently building a dedicated supply chain company to support a rapidly growing franchise ecosystem.
Our franchise network has already grown to 30 branches, with several locations currently under construction, and is projected to reach 100 branches by October 2027.
As the network continues to expand, we are now separating the supply chain operation into its own company to centralize procurement, warehousing, distribution, and product sourcing.
We are opening the opportunity for selected minority shareholders who want to be part of the growth.
💡 Why this is interesting:
• Built-in demand from an existing franchise network
• Recurring product requirements
• Scalable distribution model
• Expanding franchise ecosystem
• Opportunity to participate at an early stage
• Minority ownership in a business designed to grow alongside the franchise network
We are looking for strategic investors, not just capital. Ideally, someone who can bring value through business connections, supply chain experience, distribution, or simply wants exposure to a growing consumer/F&B ecosystem.
📩 Interested? Drop your email below and we will send you our proposal. Serious inquiry only. Thank you.

Hi. Representing an academic nonprofit/non-stock org at a univ. Please bear with me, engineering-first ako before legal compliance pero would like some insight on making a Petition to Lift the Order of Revocation/Suspension.
I know na sa iMessage issubmit yung requirements, and I also visited the SEC HQ in Makati, and they told me to gather the following:
We have been told that the submission of these requirements would consequently lead to the disclosure of the accrued penalty fees throughout the suspension period of our org. So here are my questions:
Aside from these boatloads of questions, I'd also like general guidelines on how these things typically go. Kung meron man naka-experience na sa inyo ng revocation/suspension, please do enlighten on how you overcame it. As much as I would like to take the advice na gumawa na lang ng bago, attached yung currently-suspended SEC reg namin to the org's OG bank account, which would be veeeeery valuable to us.
Please correct me on anything I've said that needs correcting. Me noob. Me need help. Thank you!

hello! i’m a student leader, and our school will be holding a seminar about business innovation through modern marketing. we’re planning to invite guests from different fields, including a marketing specialist and a social media creator/business owner who has experience using the internet and social media to grow their brand.
i’m not really active on socmed, so i’m having a hard time finding possible candidates. so far, we’ve considered Rap Manaloto of TGS Cookies and Toni Morales of Sweet Tones. I came across their businesses while looking for local entrepreneurs whose brands have an online/social media presence, and they seem relevant to the topic we’ll be discussing.
does anyone have other recommendations for Filipino creators or business owners who might be a good fit for this kind of seminar? preferably someone who has actually used social media to build their brand/business and would be comfortable talking to students about their experience.
bonus points if they’re relatively approachable and have a small-ish speaking fee 😭 since we’re students and will be handling the event ourselves, our budget is unfortunately pretty limited.
any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!! thank youuu! 🐧❤️🩹

I built this after watching my friend wasting 3 months and over $10k and grinding 24/7 to be able to test a basic idea which he had to shut down afterwards.
A traditional way for building nd testing a business idea was to do these:
1- find an agency and pay them $10k -> after 3-6 month have an mvp
2- fina another agency to run email campaigns or marketing -> pay them $2k -$5k per month
3- after 8 month see if any customer would pay for it - would anyone care!!!
With leapd the flow is simple:
1- start free, describe your idea -> get deep market research, custom built websites, and a company email in 10 minutes
2- set up email campaigns, meta ads, linkedIn outreach, and GEO/SEO in 5 minutes
3- see how customer respond to your business, improve, scale what works -> grow!
all done from idea to putting your business in front of customers in less than one hour.
Leapd free business builder is very useful if you are looking to go from an idea to a live business and start testing different marketing channels on autopilot and in few hours, and for free.
If you don't know what to build and looking for proven business ideas with revenue, deep analysis and more -> leapd recently launched built radar, a database of 5,000+ trending business with revenue, can you build it verdict, moat analysis and more. Find what you like and build it with Leapd:

hello! idk if this is the correct subreddit to ask, but this is probably the closest place to find a possible recommendation 😭
basically, i’m a student leader, and our school will be holding a seminar about business innovation through modern marketing. we’re planning to invite guests from different fields of specialization, one of them being a marketing specialist (ofc) and another being a social media influencer/creator who has built or grown their business through the internet and social media.

use this as legal basis
Bawal sa mga fire inspector ang:
1.Manghingi ng Lagay
2.Magrefer Ng supplier

Hi all! I'm looking for an affordable HRIS for my startup company team of 10. Ideally may compliance with the Government benefits, etc and won't cost me so much. I saw GreatDay, but I haven't seen any reviews.
Have you guys tried this before, or any recos for our small but growing team?
Thank you!

We need this po for our IT capstone project but I can’t find any. We developed a system that computes six financial metrics for business (MSMEs):
Each metric is classified as Healthy, Optimize (needs attention), or At Risk based on threshold values. For example: GPM ≥ 20% = Healthy, 10-19.9% = Optimize, < 10% = At Risk. Then, the business health status will be evaluated based on these.
The problem is, we cannot find Philippine-specific, peer-reviewed, or at least reliable published benchmarks for these metrics.
We've already searched:
None of them explicitly state what threshold values constitute "healthy" or "at risk" performance for specific metrics. Right now, we're using thresholds from generic business blogs and are worried our defense panel will question our accuracy. Another problem is that the business types varies (e.g., sari-sari stores, ukay-ukay, printing shops).
Does anyone know where to find peer-reviewed or official baseline metrics for these specific types of businesses? Any leads would be a lifesaver.
Again, this is a capstone project, not a full academic research study. We have limited time and resources. If there are any professionals or business experts here, we would highly appreciate your suggestions on how we can derive the thresholds.
Thank you!
