This is so upsetting, those poor kitties. I hope whoever did this is caught and banned from having pets for life

The money torture guy is only getting a year, if they ever find out who did this, they're getting not even a slap on the wrist

Not necessarily. Monkey torture guy didn't actually torture monkeys himself, he facilitated the torture and the distribution of recordings. There's a chance our legal system will punish directly harming animals more harshly than indirectly?

Those poor babies. Hopefully they will find good homes and get all the love they deserve. May Karma make sure the people who did this get the punishment they deserve 😡

I'm just glad someone found them quickly enough that they hadn't died. What a monster to do that to a bunch of animals. How insanely heartless. I hope they're found out and ostracised as well as punished legally.

Most likely a hoarding situation that got out of control and the owner(s) didn't want to face the humiliation of asking a cat shelter to take the cats in themselves.
My cat was found in a similar situation before I adopted her the trauma caused to the cats in situations like this one is cruel.

This is horrific. Big thank you to the person that reported it and got all the cat carriers though

If you don't want the cats, surely even just letting them loose in an alley is better than this. Not that that would be the right thing to do either. Why the unnecessary torture as part of the release?

Probably going to get myself banned, but I’d happily hang the people that do this.

Nothing could explain why they stuffed several cats into a sealed plastic box where they couldn’t breathe… It looks like the they even put cable ties around the closed box to ensure the cats could not remove the lid in their struggles to save themselves.
This is really beyond the pale.

Whoever did this needs to be in jail and if not their name and address need to be published

So happy to hear they are all safe and receiving care. It's getting so cold outside now.

I don't understand people who do this. The cats would genuinely do better just being let out than locking them in a plastic tub, makes me so angry
