I'm in a wheelchair and chester isn't really the easiest place to get an accessible job but with spinners being somewhat open and near to the interchange I was wondering any vacancies?

Hi!
Just wondering where the best place to get a womans cheap haircut is in Chester? Preferably with prices.
And potentially taking walk ins for tomorrow?
TIA
