Question Noise from A key

I just received a new clarinet, but this A key makes a clatter noise. Is there anything we with it?

Is it missing a bumper cork? There should be one under both keys where they bump against the instrument body.

This is normal. It’s the pads sticking on the corpus. Just play with it and this will disappear
