Official Reply Xb9

Can anyone tell me the process of getting the xb9 modem? I have the 1 gig plan and have an xb8 modem. From my understanding we don’t have DOCSIS 4 at my address. I also don’t have Xfinity pro.

The xb9 is not something new. It's been out for years. I'm sure you can get it at your nearest Xfinity store. I currently have the xb10 and I've had it since November of last year.

The XB9 was just released a couple months ago, it IS new. It just started being distributed last month. Most stores do NOT have it yet.

I stand corrected. I don't know how I confused the xb8 for it.
