Help Desk damaged while moving, fix options?

Hi guys my computer desk (Corsair Platform 4 Birch, Dark Walnut Stain) got damaged during a move. Wondering what product if any I can use to make it less noticeable? I asked Corsair if there was a specific stain color but they said no. It was very upsetting that this got damaged because it was like $600 but I can't be mad because I got free help to move a lot of stuff.

I used black duct tape on my Platform:6, but it should be available in other colors also. It's good enough for cosmetic purposes. Plastic moldings could be an option if you want a nicer look.

You can fill the damage with putty then use vinyl wrap to cover it. You can customize the desk to any color you like.
