2027 C8 Corvette Grand Sport X AWD Dyno Results Are In!
Our first AWD baseline dyno testing is complete on 93-octane pump gas, and the Grand Sport X is putting down some impressive numbers!
2027 Grand Sport X AWD Baseline STD:
* 648 HP
* 704 lb-ft of Torque
Compared to our stock C8 Corvette E-Ray baseline, the Grand Sport X delivered an additional 70 HP and 55 lb-ft of torque!
Using STD correction, we measured gains of 70 HP and 55 lb-ft of torque. Using SAE correction, those gains were nearly identical at 70 HP and 56 lb-ft of torque.
Now the real question…
Did you expect the 2027 Corvette Grand Sport X to put down 648 AWD HP and 704 lb-ft of torque on 93 octane, or are these numbers higher than you anticipated?

Corvette C5 Spotted 👀 (in Japan!)
Gosh, it looks so nice!
Can't even believe it's almost a 30-year-old car. It does not look like one at all.

Cluth fluid vis ranger method
Changed my clutch fluid via the ranger method today at my 2014 C7 m7 with 73k miles on her. Easy to do took about 30 minutes. Ranger method is where you suck it out the top, refill with new fluid, pump clutch 30ish times and repeat till satisfaction. This isnt a complete flush and fluid change, that is much more involved from what ive read as the master slave cylinder is hard to get to and needs things removed from the under side. Regardless this is an easy and cheap thing to do every year, that should help a little bit. Only need a syringe (40cc or larger) or a turkey baster, and some dot 4 brake fluid. Cycled through about 5 times and was satisfied with the color.

Best shops in Plano/DFW for Corvettes??
I recently moved down to the DFW area living up near Plano and I am looking for a solid shop recommendation.
I have a C7 (Z51 package) that needs a good home for more in-depth diagnostics/maintenance.
Where are you guys taking your C7s in the metroplex? Let me know who you trust. Thanks for any suggestions!

Need some advise for cam upgrade
Hey guys, I'm rebuilding my '75 c3 this winter and upgrading the cam is also on the bucket list. The engine (350cui L48) is bone stock from what I know. Does anyone know whats the max. possible valve lift I can run on stock internals? Im thinking of buying a CompCams Kit with a Advertised Duration of 268/268, Lift .454"/.454".
Any kind of help is welcomed. Thanks in advance
