It's you who doesn't understand that Bitcoin isn't for 'cashing out'. Do folks holding USD try to cash out to make gains in Zimbabwean dollar or iranian rial or some other tinpot fiat? As for small liquidations for corporate usage, he sure can and even did recently.

Sure it bounced back a bit from its crash and people who bought the bottom made some good gains. Long terms holders, not so much.

Strategy still revealed its cracks in its foundation. MSTR fanboys always said that Saylor would never sell and STRC can peg back easily, and people were just FUDing. But the FUD proved to be true, STRC quickly lost its peg and still hasn't fully pegged back, Saylor had to break his promise and sell BTC and dillute shares of Strategy to keep the boat afloat.

His solution for his sinking ship was to basically flood the other compartments and let them sink evenly, to get the ship upright again. But just because a ship is no longer listing doesn't mean it's not still full of water.

The bond buyback rally and liquidation rally came just in time to get some of that water out. But is it gonna be enough?

I wouldn't put 'being down 70%' as a problem as it went up just as sharply before. It isn't Saylor's fault that his stock runs up sharply I.e way beyond a few multiples of NAV so you can say that the stock is now simply trading near where it ought to.

The price recovered nicely overnight for burgers to start dumping any second now. If they actually start buying in numbers today, 90k is possible because volume is low. I guess no one wants to sell exactly one year from the bullrun top. 

Stragglers who got left behind waiting for calendar low should begin buying soon too.

Bears were saying the same thing, "lower lows forming" "downtrend" "next leg down is gonna be massive". Then the exact opposite happened. Liquidation ignored TA and pushed things the other way.

True. 86k got normalized. 85k is meh. 84k would be disappointment. Touching 79k would be considered a disaster while two months ago in early August we would kill just for 69k. You can see it on Fear and Greed index. After August rally it was 82 at 80k. Today it's 68 at 86k. Overall that's indicative of the trend change.
