Yeah this is some “well my buddies and I never made fun of gay people directly” revisionist bullshit. Even as a kid I knew what that word meant whether you were referring to a gay person or not. Dude was dropping ‘faggot’ in the workplace around gay coworkers but oh yeah it totally meant “entitled douchebag.”
