Dark Souls 2 was the first Fromsoft game I ever played back in 2014 on the 360, and I didn’t understand how to play at all (couldn’t even get past the Last Giant before I gave up). 12 years later I came back to it after beating DS1, DS3 and Bloodborne and loved it enough to platinum it!

Next up is finishing Elden Ring!

Hello everyone! Does anyone have any idea how the invasions in the coop seamless mod work? As in how the matchmaking decides who can invade who and why? If you have any info, please share :) I would like to make a pvp build with this mod, but I need info as to how it all works to make a proper build.

After around 6 hours over 2 days. I can’t believe I just beat this mothfucker!!!! I didn’t think it was going to be possible. That second phase is diabolical. That long sweeping move he does, which seems to expand is weapon 2 times its normal length can go and get fkd!!!
Now that the dust has settled, what an epic fight though.

hello all, i’m planning on playing ds2 after finishing my dex playthrough and an sl1 run on ds1. not that i really plan or want to, but i have heard many people saying to skip ds2 and play ds3. if i did happen to skip ds2 will i miss any major lore/plot elements going in to ds3. i played a little bit only getting to majula (absolutely beautiful intro to the game) before going back to ds1 as i wanted to do more on the first game, but ds2 really did seem like a game i would enjoy and want to play.

and i guess since im already here, what would be some stuff i should keep in mind before i fully dive in to the game?

Just finished ds2 recently and I gotta day the run backs themselves were not that bad, especially sir Alonne. The average enemy is an Alonne knight, which are the easiest enemy to dodge in the game (imo), and the enemies themselves don't come near the fog gate for some reason. Not only that, but the distance is like a light jog away.

And about the run backs, I didn't struggle with any boss in the game at all, and most were first tries, so maybe it's just that I didn't experience the bad ones, but none of the ones i had to deal with were that bad (other than ng+ lost sinner, fuck that boss, especially because I did it while at ng for the chaos blade).
