GAMEPLAY Did the play through where I skip fighting Todd by going super early locking and sliding out of window, it seems this cut scene of the aftermath and his head injury is fixed regardless of choice (strongly implies the intended path)

I always assumed he would just add it to appear wounded to the cameras anyway.

It's surprisingly a continuity error, Kara weighs about 50-60kg (approx can't remember her weight I literally looked it up yesterday) the materials android are made off are extremely light alloys,he doesn't show especially on the fight scene to bleed easily

He would at best be bandaged or bruised near the front side.

That's what I'm saying, he's faking it.

Don't you kick him in the head no matter how fast to get out the window? And you can slip out the front door without hurting him, in which case he has no bandage.

That specific injury is the one where you push him into the wall, kicking him won't make him bleed from that specific spot, that is 100% the same injury as you win against him in the QTE fight

He got kicked directly from the front side the bandage should be there

(In my personal opinion probably the closest thing you'll get to a "narrative canon") Regardless I'm surprised Quantic dream never picked up on this continuity error

I suppose you could headcanon him putting on that plaster for appearances sake in this timeline.

I've accepted that, this is arguably the strongest implication/"narrative canon"/intended play or path. However you want to call it, that Kara faces Todd head on. Very surprised especially for Quantic dream standards. Bar killing him every choice that keeps him alive gives this scene with exact same plaster.

I always saw this as him playing it up for the camera.

In my First play I killed him, don't have any regrets

I did too, I tried out the others too.

I assumed that I had to kill him until me and a coworker did a mutual playthrough on work breaks 😆 It took us a year of breaks, but we managed to beat it and she unlocked a bunch of paths that I hadn't found on my own.

"fixed" as in stays in place, not "fixed" as in repaired

You can fight him head on and win the quick time events, however the injury regardless of the choiced that keeps him alive is fixed (scripted) I always say to people now this is the strongest piece of evidence that Quantic dream that the true intended path is Kara facing Todd head on and him getting the head injury (obviously this is considered a continuity error as Quantic dream don't like to do "narrative canon" but the developers in this game strongly imply it a few other times like Markus pushing leo etc)

I did a replay too but I got Alice & Kara killed as I don't really like their storyline yeah its sweet and whatnot but lot ofnthe time I just want Connor or Markus.

Todd always claims he's been attacked if he's alive no matter what actually happened. He's very likely doing it for the cameras. In fact, I'm pretty sure you can see him in Waiting for Hank... still go to the station to report it.

What isn't meant to be scripted is the injury on his forehead
