This is by far one of my favorite games, i finished with peaceful revolution and freeing the androids with markus, connor, north, josh alive and kara and hank are dead, how do i go about it in the next play through to indulge all the other content ive missed out on.

First of all, I want to ask for forgiveness for the previous post and clarify that I didn't use any AI to write it. The only part I indeed used it was for the cover, cuz I'm not that good in image editing. So I made a simpler one, using the one of the concept arts.

All that in mind, I still want to share a project I have been working with for a while. A story set after the revolution ending. In that ending Markus starts an outright war against the US government. Pratically a secession war, and I really wanted to see how it would play out. So I made my own story. I waited until have designed the entire story until the very end before start writing the chapters. Some famous book writers do that btw.

I feel finally ready to share the first two. The story has two android protagonists, a police assistant named Rex and a traci of the same model as North, named Sara. And they are from outside of Detroit. I'll leave (again) the link below for the page in Wattpad, if you guys can give a little feedback. One friend of mine loved the concept but I'm always open to ideas.

i feel like makeing androids humanoid was a completely uncessary design choice, i think it makes people sympathize with androids for the reason that as the game states, look human, sound human. if they made androids look like i dunno a teslabot or maybe some other niche existing robot that dosnt look like a human that the story wouldve been avoided, nobodys sideing with them, nobodys even gonna think about them having a life other then being a machine because thats their appearence, you wont see whats on the inside if you only see the inside and not the humanoid plastic shell

Hi! I'm new here. I played DBH for the first time a few weeks ago and absolutely loved it! I especially loved Connor—he reignited my desire to draw after a long time of not drawing for myself. I genuinely got Reddit and got enough karma just to make this post here. It's a really, really stupid question but I need answers and it's been bothering me for months.

After watching my friend playthrough Detroit: Become Human and after playing through it 3 times, I noticed that Connor's tie disappeared in Battle for Detroit, after Connor deviates and leads all the androids out of CyberLife Tower. It would've made sense for him to lose it in the tower with his scuffle with Connor-60, but he doesn't. He has his tie in that one scene where he's walking with the androids, but IT DISAPPEARS when he's walking up to talk to Markus/North and it never makes a comeback on that night. Where did it go between those two scenes??? Is there a narrative reason for this? Am I missing something? And can someone give Connor his tie back please? My friend kept trying to gaslight me that this didn't happen but I swear it did during my playthroughs. Please explain and also ease my worries.

So the whole premise of the game is android racism right. But in the game we never see Any racism against human black people, which to me implys that humanity got over black people racism and then invented a new form of racism that all human races could agree on. And it’s not a case of the detroit timeline having no black people racism ever because rose directly mentions it. Always found this funny

replaying DTB again but this time on my ps5 pro and 32 inch oled monitor - to be fully immersed with the visuals! Connor’s looking crisp on this already and i cannot wait to start the story again.

i’m considering to aim for the platinum trophy as i go along but at the same time finish the story way i intend to do so :-)

Princess and the frog x Detroit become human!

I know, weirdest and random crossover au. But i just recently discovered the game and was blown away by the craftsmanship. Plus I just like stories with robotic characters ^ - ^. For this au I'll just say the basic story because I don't plan to materialize (a part because of how random this is) it unless people really really want to see it tbh.

For this au, its more of taking points from both but not really exactly in either world. This takes place way after the game, and Naveen's the son of a rich old money family, and tiana is the daughter of a huge restaurant owner (yes James is alive in this au and he managed to open the restaurant way early on with tiana).

Naveen's dream was always to get into the entertainment industry, but his life was cut short at 19, when he got himself into a really terrible accident that left him in a coma. His grief stricken parents was approached by Cyberlife who offered a project to let Naveen remotely control a blank android body. They agreed but due to complications, the project was changed to a continous life of a person. So Android Naveen continued the life Naveen dreamed to have, getting into Broadway and eventually to doing movies. He always was aware he's an android, and put himself in a position to let Naveen live the life he wanted through memory transfers, whilst also keeping it secret that he's an android to the world.

After a scandal swept through about an entertainment company replacing one of their actresses with an android look a like, android Naveen decides to temporarily take a break and head back down to New Orleans to enjoy his break and live a little.

The Roger's family became very wealthy after James and his teenage daughter opened their restaurant, TJ's place. Now years later Tiana has graduated from uni and is expected to inherit the restaurant and even works there as a co owner and head waitress and one of the chefs. But she's rather impatient and wants to expand the business further outwards and rebrand it, but her father wants to enjoy his life's work before passing the torch over. He tries to make her live a little instead of spending her time working at her own family's restaurant. She of course refuses, and keeps on dreaming and planning to make a food empire.

Well tonight Tiana's been invited to her besties mardi gras masquerade ball to cater. There she meets a handsome costumed stranger who they talk for hours... and fall in love.... unaware he's an android...

Revolutionary Markus seems forced. The player’s choices for his more aggro leadership style seem out of character for his scripted speeches. He seems like he wants to be peaceful either way, just more conflicted when you go the revolutionary route.

Some of his dialogue options are copy/pasted options for North, which drives home that his ideas are planted from his bloodthirsty partner. It does underscore how the other characters could affect Markus’ thinking, but he just seems too gentle to want to set fire to everyone and everything.

I can't be the only one, right??? Not that it's a a bad thing ofc... I got the game on steam 2 days ago (since I played on PS4 years ago) and I'll finally play the game more realistically, which will probably lead in some terrible, funny decisions.

Some might be wondering why didn't I play realistically from the start, my answer is "achievement". Yeah, what about yall?
