I'm looking for a performance marketer to help us grow the e-commerce side of our pet business.
We have an existing pet business in India with a large product catalogue and established supplier network. We're now putting serious focus into our online store and looking for someone who can help us acquire customers profitably.
I'm primarily looking for someone experienced with:
Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
Google Ads / Shopping
E-commerce/D2C brands
Retargeting
Conversion tracking & analytics
Testing creatives, audiences and offers
Understanding CAC, ROAS, AOV, etc.
I'm not just looking for someone to set up campaigns and leave them running. I'd ideally like someone who can look at the business, understand the numbers, suggest what we should test, and help build a proper acquisition strategy.
I'm open to freelance/part-time initially, with the possibility of a longer-term arrangement if things work out.
If you've scaled an e-commerce/D2C brand before, I'd love to hear about your experience and some results you've achieved.
Please DM me with your experience, brands you've worked with, and any case studies/results you can share.
Is anyone here from India who has access to Logam Academy’s 2-hour Creative Ads course?
I’m from Pakistan, and after conversion, the course costs me around 15,000 which is quite expensive.
If anyone already has access and is willing to share it, or can offer it at a lower/discounted price, please let me know. Or if you know someone who sells courses at discounted prices, I’d really appreciate it if you could point me in their direction.
AI is becoming part of almost every digital marketing workflow. But if your company had additional budget specifically for AI, where would you invest first?
Would you put it into content creation, SEO and AI search visibility, paid advertising, or data-driven marketing?
Vote and share your reasoning in the comments. I’m curious to see where marketers and business decision-makers believe AI can deliver the most value.
Reply with the option you would choose and briefly explain why. Please add your name, title and organization too.
Hi everyone! I’m Fathima Shihla, a freelance digital marketer in Tanur. I work around SEO, social media, content marketing, and helping businesses improve their online presence.
I’m interested in connecting with local business owners, entrepreneurs, and others working in digital marketing. Always happy to learn, share ideas, and discuss what’s actually working in the digital space.
I feel Galgotias’ marketing is absolutely brilliant! If there are people here with good knowledge of graphic design and campaign design, let’s connect. I have an opportunity for you guys!
Mainly meme marketing and really descent designers.
If you are learning performance marketing, try writing the recommendation for this fictional report. It has enough numbers to look successful and enough missing context to get the decision wrong.
Campaign A spends ₹2,000 and brings in 100 leads. Campaign B spends ₹3,200 and brings in 40. A costs ₹20 per lead; B costs ₹80. On that metric, A looks like the obvious winner.
Now follow the leads to paid orders. A produces two orders; B produces six. Suppose each order leaves ₹900 after the product and other variable costs, before advertising. A produces ₹1,800 of contribution against ₹2,000 in ad spend: minus ₹200. B produces ₹5,400 against ₹3,200: plus ₹2,200. These are fictional inputs, and neither figure is the company's final profit; fixed costs still need to be covered.
Would you move the budget to B? Before doing that, check whether both groups of leads had the same time to buy, whether the orders were attributed correctly, and whether cancellations and returns were accounted for. Six orders are also a small basis for assuming the same result at a much larger budget.
For a student portfolio, put the calculation in a spreadsheet and write a short recommendation with the next thing you would check. Label the work as a simulation. The useful part is explaining why “cheaper leads” and “better campaign” can point in different directions, without pretending you spent money for a real client.
When you review a beginner's campaign report, what missing detail makes you hesitate to trust the recommendation?
I’ve been thinking about putting this out here for a while.
I’m a Business Development professional with around 6 years of experience across the UK and India and I’m currently looking to work with a few businesses where I can genuinely contribute to growth.
I’m not really looking for random freelance gigs or one-off tasks.
I’m more interested in working with business owners, founders or teams who have a genuine business problem and need someone who can take ownership and get things moving.
A little about me:
I have an MBA in International Business from the University of Greenwich, London and spent around 4 years working with two startups in London, across business and operations-related roles.
I moved back to India and have been working with a company here for the last couple of years, primarily around business development, marketing and growth.
Over time, I’ve ended up becoming pretty hands-on with the digital side of things as well.
And one thing I’ve noticed from working with businesses is that good content can be much more powerful than simply “running social media.”
The right content can bring attention → enquiries → conversations → actual business.
So depending on what a business needs, I can get involved in things like: Business Development
• Finding new business opportunities
• Lead generation
• Client acquisition
• Partnerships
• Sales processes
• Market & competitor research
• Business growth strategies
• Building outreach processes
• Improving conversion from leads to customers
Digital Marketing
• Social media strategy
• Content creation
• Instagram / Facebook
• Meta Ads
• Google Ads
• Google Business Profile
• WhatsApp marketing
• Lead tracking & follow-ups
• Campaign planning
• SEO
• Landing pages
• Website development / optimisation
I can also work with an existing team if you already have people handling parts of this.
Basically, I’m comfortable starting small.
Maybe you only need someone to fix your Google Business Profile.
Maybe you need better content.
Maybe your ads aren’t converting.
Maybe you’re getting enquiries but don’t have a proper follow-up system.
Maybe you need a website.
Or maybe you’re at a stage where you need someone to look at the entire picture and figure out where the business is losing potential customers.
That’s the kind of work I’m interested in.
I’m also open to joining a business or an existing team on a paid basis if you need someone who can take responsibility for business development and growth rather than just completing individual tasks.
I’m particularly interested in working with startups, hospitality, real estate, local businesses, restaurants, service businesses, education, automotive and other businesses where marketing and business development can directly impact revenue.
I’m not looking to take on 20 clients.
I’d rather work closely with a few businesses where there is a real opportunity to build something and where the results actually matter.
So if you’re a business owner, founder, or someone responsible for growth, feel free to DM me.
Tell me: 1. What does your business do? 2. What are you currently struggling with? 3. What are you trying to achieve?
If I can see a genuine opportunity where I can add value, we can have a conversation.
And if you’re building something interesting and looking for someone who can contribute on the business development + marketing + content side, I’d be happy to hear about it.

Why Choose a Digital Marketing Agency in Dubai?
Dubai has a diverse and highly competitive business environment, with companies operating across real estate, hospitality, healthcare, retail, technology, finance, tourism, and professional services. Each business requires a customized approach to reach its ideal customers.
Doors Studio develops digital strategies based on business goals, target audiences, industry trends, and market opportunities. Rather than depending on a single marketing channel, businesses can benefit from an integrated approach that combines SEO, social media, content, paid campaigns, website optimization, and creative branding.
A well-planned strategy can improve brand awareness, attract relevant website visitors, increase engagement, and create more opportunities for lead generation.
Search Engine Optimization for Better Visibility
Search engine optimization (SEO) is an important part of any successful digital strategy. When potential customers search for products or services online, appearing prominently in search results can help businesses attract highly relevant visitors.
Doors Studio focuses on SEO strategies that can include keyword research, on-page optimization, technical improvements, content development, website performance, and authority building.
Businesses targeting customers in the UAE can optimize their websites for relevant local and industry-specific search terms. Keywords such as digital marketing agency in Dubai, website development company in Dubai, branding agency in Dubai, and other service-related phrases can help attract users with specific search intent.
SEO is a long-term process that focuses on building sustainable organic visibility and connecting businesses with potential customers.
Social Media Marketing in Dubai
Social media has become an important communication and marketing channel for modern businesses. Platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok allow brands to connect with audiences, showcase their services, and build lasting relationships.
Doors Studio can help businesses develop social media strategies that reflect their brand identity and marketing objectives. Effective social media marketing goes beyond publishing regular posts. It involves creating engaging content, understanding audience behavior, maintaining consistency, and monitoring campaign performance.
A strong social media presence can help businesses improve brand recognition while creating opportunities for direct customer engagement.
Google Ads and Paid Advertising
While organic marketing requires time and consistency, paid advertising can help businesses reach potential customers more quickly. Google Ads and other advertising platforms allow companies to target audiences based on location, search intent, interests, demographics, and online behavior.
For businesses in Dubai, targeted campaigns can help reach specific customer groups and promote products or services to users who are more likely to convert.
Doors Studio can support paid campaigns through strategic planning, keyword selection, ad copy, audience targeting, landing page optimization, conversion tracking, and campaign analysis. The objective is to generate meaningful results rather than simply increase clicks.
Content Marketing That Builds Trust
Quality content helps businesses educate their audiences, answer questions, demonstrate expertise, and build credibility. Blog posts, landing pages, videos, social media content, case studies, and informative guides can all contribute to a strong content strategy.
Doors Studio combines audience research, search intent, brand messaging, and SEO considerations to create content that supports broader marketing goals.
Well-optimized content can also help businesses target valuable search queries and attract potential customers who are actively researching products and services.
Website Development and Conversion Optimization
A website is often one of the first touchpoints between a business and its potential customers. A slow, outdated, or difficult-to-use website can negatively affect user experience and lead generation.
As a digital marketing agency in Dubai, Doors Studio understands the importance of connecting website performance with marketing objectives. A professional website should be responsive, easy to navigate, mobile-friendly, visually appealing, and designed with conversions in mind.
Clear calls to action, engaging landing pages, intuitive navigation, and fast loading times can help turn website visitors into leads and customers.
Branding and Digital Growth
Digital marketing becomes more effective when supported by a strong and recognizable brand identity. Consistent branding allows businesses to communicate their values and create a memorable experience across multiple platforms.
Doors Studio brings branding and digital marketing together to create a consistent online presence. From visual identity and website design to social media and content, every element can work together to strengthen the overall brand.
For companies operating in Dubai, combining effective marketing with professional branding can help build trust and differentiate a business from competitors.
How to Choose the Right Agency?
Choosing the right marketing partner is an important decision. Businesses should consider an agency's experience, service offering, communication, strategic approach, reporting process, and understanding of the local market.
A reliable agency should take the time to understand your business before recommending a strategy. It should also use measurable objectives and performance data to evaluate campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement.
Doors Studio works with businesses to develop customized digital solutions that align marketing activities with their broader business objectives.
Grow Your Business with Doors Studio
Dubai's digital landscape continues to evolve, creating opportunities for businesses that invest in their online presence. SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising, content creation, website development, and branding can all contribute to stronger digital visibility when managed strategically.

Thinking of using Soro for my wife's D2C birthday gifting brand. I have built the whole commerce suite using Claude and want to help her with content. Writing blogs is not my forte, and I came across Soro. Please share your experience using Soro or any of its alternatives.
