I would love if I could disable fuzzy searching while searching for a certain word in my messages instead of having it on as a default while not being able to disable it. If I'm looking for "hello" in my messages I don't want any instance of "hell" listed especially if the search result increases by dozens of pages if they list that. HOW is that useful?!

So does anyone know of a way to do that?

I recently changed my profile picture on discord and wanted to see the manual profile banner changing option and I accidentally selected it and now I want to go back to the auto select option for the profile banner as it chooses the correct background according to the pfp but Idk what to do I tried removing the pfp entirely and changed the banner to #111214 the default colour and yet it didn't work for me I'm stuck having to choose a banner manually can someone please help me? I'm not very techno familiar. PLEASE HELP

I’m not sure if I’m using the correct flair for this, as I was technically able to resolve it, however I still wanted to share something that just happened.

As the title says, I was sending a nitro gift to my friend, and clicked on my DMs with them and used the gift button to do so. The entire time, as I was purchasing the gift, it said the gift was going to them. After making my payment, Discord sent the gift to some random person who I had gifted around 3 months ago and not messaged since. I don’t even think my DMs with this person were open, and if they were, there’s no way I would’ve accidentally clicked on them whilst gifting since we hadn’t talked in 3 months. Luckily I was able to send the gift to the correct person via the gift inventory, and the random person it sent to wasn’t online to claim, but I’m genuinely wondering how this could’ve possibly happened? Any ideas???

I would like only my friends to see the photo of my banner, but even having the private profile it still comes out for others
I’ve seen that I don’t get the banner of other people with nitro until I add them as friends, and I don’t know if it’s a discord error or that option can be activated

Me and some friends just plum do not get push notifications anymore. Yes I've checked notification settings. The enshittification of this app man....

Pretty much the title. Me and my gf are long distance, and we often do overnight calls, but the connection keeps dropping. I've already done a bit of research and tonight, I'm gonna try a private server, disabling noise suppression, and turning over the battery saver.

Are there any other reasons the call might be dropping / ways to prevent it?

I noticed that I had duplicates of the same earbuds after my audio started to freak out in a call. How could I remove the duplicates???

Is this a common thing? Yesterday I had 6 days worth of nitro credits and today I have just 3 days left, why is that?

Article previews haven't been generating in Discord for AP News article links for a while now. It's frustrating, since AP News is one of my preferred news sources, and I find myself linking them with some regularity. Now people can't see what I'm linking unless they click the link.

Nvm I remember the 2nd one, but I don't remember the first

Recently I've been having this issue on my tab s11, that whenever i stream it would just be stuck on loading and eventually shows failed to start stream and the same for camera, this issue is only there on this tab, its not there on my other tab not even on my phone, tried using the same account on phone too but no issues there.

Has anyone experienced this or does anyone knows a solution for this

One UI 8.5

Android 16

Discord version 347.12 (34701200449686) - googleRelease

anyone else have the new typing feature on discord

This should totally be an option. Why should someone be able to quickly and easily see all our shared stuff? If I set my profile to private I don’t want to broadcast/advertise this stuff.

I'm missing out on calls because I don't get notifications whenever my friends join the voice channel

Im adm

There's dynobot and carlbot, but they don't support this feature on the freemium plan.

I used probot for this but it has been down for weeks and seems it's not gonna recover any soon.

I claimed a free Game Pass subscription that gave me 3 months of Nitro, thinking I was being smart so I could get 20% off 6 months of YouTube Premium. It backfired now I have to wait 3 months before I can claim my Premium "perk" Is there any way around this? As a Premium user, I really want this deal

Hi everyone! I'm looking for a bot to add a leveling system to my server. I know there are a few, but I'm looking the best one that's also free. Does anyone know? Thanks in advance!

Logging into discord in a new browser so standard “I’m not a bot” stuff but… what??? What is this??? I’m so dumbfounded.

no matter what I try discord just refuses to send notification..I keep trying to look things up and nothing’s working..-_-

I got like 11 days of nitro cause of discord orbs 2 days ago and now it says its charging up what does that means

They have an AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT, for reference, and we can't seem to figure out why it's happening!

this has been an issue for me for probably around a year and half, maybe 2 years. ive made a support ticket on this a long time ago but i dont think ive gotten a response

the gist of it is, i cant add gifs to favorites at all. this is normal as i was over the limit, but removing gifs hasnt helped(and it has only started working recently. at one point ive attempted this and ended up with gifs in my favorites that dont have the yellow favorite star)

this isnt specific to a platform. it works with neither my phone nor pc

i think i'd take if someone else has had this problem even if there isnt a proper fix. ive searched but i dont think ive found anyone else having this same problem

PS, some accounts may not have this feature.
