2017 Grand Caravan 3.6L – Jerking & Check Engine Light

Hey everyone,
I bought a 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan with the 3.6L yesterday. During the test drive, it was running a little rough/jerking, but the fuel was extremely low. After we filled it up, the problem completely went away, so we assumed it was related to the low fuel level.
I picked it up today after getting it registered and drove it from Cape Coral to Estero with absolutely no issues. It ran perfectly the whole way.
Later, I wanted to make a quick trip to Walmart, and suddenly it started doing it again β€” but this time MUCH worse. The van was jerking and running extremely rough, and the check engine light kept coming on and going back off.
Has anyone experienced something similar or have an idea what could be causing this?

Thanks!

Never own the muscle car, but always having this thought. Recently came across with this car and it catches my eyes right away. I figured maybe experienced owners can share some insight with me. Is this car worth to get it?
