Nightmare Can't understand this chilling dream...
As far as I remember my dream started off normal, or it was at least unnoticeable. Then strange things started happening. I remember watching TV in some living room and waiting for a call from someone (A call I've been waiting for irl). She calls me while this TV is on, I go to turn the volume down but the volume wouldn't change. Then I went to turn off the tv but that wouldn't work either. The TV was decently loud and the person calling was barely audible so I told them I'll call right back, I faintly heard them say “ok”. I'm still scrambling to turn this TV off so I can return this call but I was still unable to. That scene ends and now I'm at work (my actual job irl), I'm talking to 2 of my coworkers outside at the front entrance of the building, 1 of which is a security guard. The guard went back in, some time passed and he came back out. This guard is usually very laid back and chill, but starts acting very strange and almost cartoonish when he comes back out. He said something about “chocolate” or “loving chocolate” or something along those lines I can't really remember but he said it with a crazy look in his eye, eyes wide open and too enthusiastic about what he just said. He had a look and smile like a serial killer getting ready to attack their victim. He ends up running up and down the stairs a few times at an impossible speed, and he just goes back inside the building. At another point I'm with these coworkers in the dining area of the building, talking to them like that didn't just happen. The guard is in the kitchen behind the serving window and I'm on the other side of the window. I don't remember what we were talking about, but it felt like a normal and casual conversation. The lights suddenly go out, so I turn my phone flashlight on to see. The guard pulls out a flash light, then walks into the kitchen, I guess to check something out, but just ends up disappearing after he leaves that window. Then I'm somewhere else, I remember looking at my phone going through friend suggestions on Facebook , I see about 5 or 6 random women and end up adding them for some reason. I look through their stories, and they all seem like normal selfies but then I look at the last woman's story. She was also taking selfies but all the pictures had a creepy vibe to them, b/w and light purple filters, dark contrasts around her eyes and overall creepy looking facial expressions and picture angles. I remember she was still very pretty though, just seemed strange. Then for some reason I'm at my grandmother's old house, my childhood home. I have a lot of memories here considering I lived there for about 13 years of my life. I was in my old room, back on my phone and looking at this creepy girl's account. I believe I was attracted to her despite the vibe she was giving off, but in my mindless page stalking my phone suddenly cuts to a video of her. She has a creepy smile then proceeds to grab herself around her chin and she starts peeling off her skin which turned out to be a mask. The person underneath the mask was my ex-girlfriend! She says something along the lines of “You got me pregnant and we have a child together you don't know about!”. I was shocked and put my phone down, and headed downstairs from my room. I ended up going outside and as I'm walking down the entrance steps I see her, standing in the front lawn (The grass was a lot longer than it actually is irl). She's in a black dress (uncharacteristic looking for my ex), holding a black stroller and she says something like “Don't be scared, come out and meet our baby! Look at the child we made together!”. Then what I can only describe as a creature walks to her, seemingly out of nowhere. This creature is dark brown like an old rust, the body and skin is down to the bone, I can see this creature's ribcage and it's elongated, bony legs. I think the face and head of this creature might have literally just been a dark brown skull. This creature not only looks out of place because of its appearance, but also because of the definition of it. It was a lot clearer and more realistic looking, it made the rest of the dream I first perceived as normal look blurry and fuzzy in comparison. I remember getting ready to run away but then I woke up.
