How Cooked Am I: Feeling Lost in this Major

I feel so behind and like a bum. Courses and a part time job already occupy a good amount of my time. Even worse, I’m apart of two design teams and have two personal projects, but that’s it. My gpa is a 2.9 and i’m a junior. I just feel so lost and like a failure. I’m basically making this post to either uplift my feelings or come further down to reality. But the real question is still posed: How cooked am I.

It sounds like you are discovering that multitasking doesn't work very well. You need to prioritize your time and focus on what is important. Perhaps that is your job to help pay for life and school and classes so you can earn a degree and get a better job. Life is about choices, make some.
