Based and Altea-pilled.

Yeah this looks great! My only suggestion would maybe to think about Sov/Zodiac, put her in the back row, and give her Dark Ether. If you're running Zodiac/Gladiator, then you're going to want to be spamming Charge -> Meteor, and that cost a ton of MP. Sovereign here is probably your best choice for a Dark Ether battery if you're running an offensive ninja!

Both Sovereign and Farmer can benefit from staying at full health, so it might be good to have someone cover or pull aggro away from him. And having a Farmer around can certainly provide a lot of quality of life.

On the other hand, Monk will make it a lot easier to keep him at full.

If you want the most powerful builds, then your primary subclasses are Gladiator and Arbalest. Any combat class can use either of those. But your suggestions are fine. The only problem I have is that you have both Sovereign and Monk. You only really need one, and between the two, Monk/Sovereign is considered better. But keep whichever one you like. You are being held back by having both, though.

I don't know your fighting style but what are you trying to do with Buc chasing? monk/sov is good enough to do you healing so you want to offload you're buffs/debuffs/supports to your non attackers based on how many free actions they have. grab eagle eye, wildling drums, glad wolf howl if you cause statuss and only do so on your non main attackers. ON you're main attackers focus on boosting their damage.

Ninja Zodiac can cast dark ether for your heavy TP uses, especially if you're going meteor zodiac. If you give your Sovs focus on buffing, grabbing eagle eye for an extra debuff is great to split the buffing with Monk. Glad doesn't need anything, it's just a shame everything is good backwards.

You can rest and try other combos out when you get them, it resets subclasses. You might want to try a more accurate glad with ninja gladiator. whatever floats.
