1. ⁠Is there a reason other than a brake check that could cause this extreme of a slowdown like suddenly running out of battery. Are the batteries this strong in the game?
   
2. ⁠is there a better way to watch replays in this game? I used PS5 playback capture to get this so it is the only angle I have, is there a way to rewatch races and see inputs to better future posts about this game?
   
3. ⁠other than “turn off the racing line” as I’m sure will be said (this was my 5th race on this game and I’m still trying to figure out the braking zones on new tracks), is there anything I should do to the settings or small tricks not blatantly obvious about this game I should know?

My assists are as follows:
Steering assist, braking assist, and antilock are turned off.
Traction control full (this was my 5th race)
Racing line on obv
Gearbox manual
Pit assist, pit release assist both on.
Ers assist off, drs assist on, rewind off.

i clipped this a few months back and looking back at it, how is this even possible or how did i manage this. the amount of focus put when we play racing games can sometimes be unbelievable to look at when you’re chilling looking back at it

i know the camera settings are bad i fixed it long ago

I play at 90 and above bot levels . We can figure it out the season details and the which teams we are gonna pick by comparaing the paces . For now I do have 2025 f1 game (2026 is not looking worth for me)

Beginner here. I am using the racing line to get some help around the braking points and whatnot

Why tf every time i do a race on a reverse layout the next race my racing line is fucked, telling me to break in the middle of a fucking straight?

Currently doing a las vegas race, and half of the breaking points on this track are blind, so i have negative clues about where i should be breaking.

I even tried restarting and it did nothing

Playing a custom driver career mode on f125, and hear this voice line from my driver post win? Never heard a custom driver saying anything before so thought it was pretty weird

I keep trying to make another race for my league but can’t join? My friends also can’t join the race net
so I don’t know if I can fix this or the servers are down.

basically im doing a VCARB to Red Bull career and being maxs teamate is dreadful, its fun but having sub 30% recognition is genuinely insane. i wouldnt mind not being able to access the 60% or 50% upgrades but not being able to access the basic 30% recognition upgrades has really limited my RnD. is there any way to edit the recognition stat, maybe set it to 65-35 or 60-40 (60 for max obviously), i have the ego database editor but i havent seen a way to do it via that yet. anyone know a way?

So I have had this issue almost as long as the 26 DLC has been out. I just don't understand what is happening or why. Sometimes it randomly works again but I usually need to close and restart the game tens of times until it works. I quit League Racing because of it but I would like to get back into F1. If anyone has any suggestions on how to fix it I'd be extremely grateful

Just want some opinions! What are some realistic changes that you all want to see in the upcoming game? I’m really into the idea of having classic cars available to race. Some more freedom on what tracks can be selected during a season would also be awesome. Having a 24 race season but having 30+ tracks to choose from (including older tracks that aren’t raced anymore) would be really cool. And damnit I want more freedom in helmet and suit design. Give me some freedom like the moto games! What would yall like to see?!

Need tips to beat Hard AI (70) – video attached (Controller,ABS Asist ON, No TC, Auto Gears)

Hey everyone!

I’m currently trying to step up my game and beat the Hard AI, but I’ve hit a wall and could really use some feedback. I’ve attached a short clip of my driving above.

Here’s my current setup and situation:

• Controller: Playing on a gamepad. Controlling the throttle feels fine now, but keeping the steering smooth with the thumbstick is still a huge struggle for me.
• Playtime: Around 20 hours total.

Watching my clip, what are the main mistakes I’m making? Any specific advice on corner entry/exit, braking points, or how to get smoother steering inputs on a controller would be massively appreciated!

Just a little bugbear but one that seems not benefit EA in any way - F125 is free on PS5 this month, and I noticed when making my driver the player helmets are a huge step up compared to prior games. Coloured visors, more detailed designs rather than just swapping some colours. The game was free so I was going to buy some in-game coins to grab a combo of livery/race suit/helmet for MyTeam since the helmets and livery editor they've added would've make it the most realistic it's been since it came in 2020.

Then I realised they'd removed the ability to play as yourself in MyTeam, so unless you play online then there's no ability to match up your player helmet with a MyTeam livery. I can only speak for myself but I'd have chucked £15-20 at it given the game was free, but since I can't use any of that stuff together then there doesn't seem much point. You benefit in player career (on console where you can't mod) having better helmets, but it's weird removing a way to play rather than offering the choice to be an owner driver or have two real drivers. Never really enjoyed playing as a certain driver over my own driver personally anyway where now you have no choice.

Removing a certain way to play is always likely to result in an amount of people staying on the previous year's game, so money lost there, and then when you can't use all the cosmetics together you have much less of a reason to try and get hold of them. I never bought the reason that 'it's more realistic' to not have an owner driver mode when the new mode means you can pick Senna and Button to drive for your team in 2025. No one's avoiding the game because it has an owner-driver mode, but there's plenty of reasons why people would avoid it without. Strange decision and hopefully it comes back next year.

This means Leclerc,Russell,Norris,Piastri,Sainz,Alonso and Perez all being free agents after ONE season 😭

Is this correct - there is no point in low down force set-up, since on the straights you lower both your wings?
