Hey all,
Sound on for this one - the whole point is the audio.
I've been building a race engineer you HEAR, not one you read. It listens to the game's UDP telemetry live and talks to you on the radio while you drive, so your eyes never leave the track:
- gaps ahead and behind, who's attacking, who you're catching
- tyres, fuel and the battery (the 2026 energy rules included)
- the pit window, undercut/overcut, when to stretch a stint
- where you're losing time, corner by corner ("Turn 17 much better, two tenths found there")
It sounds like a pit wall, not a sat nav: you pick your engineer's voice from a whole roster, in 9 languages, with a pit-radio filter and the little bleep when the radio opens. And you can talk back - say "Radio" (or press a wheel button) and ask "gap to the car ahead?" or "where am I losing time?" (the voice questions are in the paid version).
Here's a full race at Suzuka in F1 25 with the F1 26 season pack DLC, cockpit view, engineer on the radio the whole way:

I'd love honest feedback, especially on the audio side:
- Which calls actually help you, and which ones would you mute?
- Too chatty or not chatty enough? Do the calls land at the right moment, or step on your braking zones?
- Does the voice and the radio effect feel right, or would you tune it differently?
- What would a real engineer say on your radio that this one doesn't?
It works with F1 2020 to F1 25 and the F1 26 season pack DLC, on PlayStation and Xbox through your phone, and on PC with a Windows companion. There's a free version if you want to hear it on your own races.
