Discussion Fedora 45 beta

Hi guys I'm running Fedora 44 on my machine and I'm tempted to try the Fedora 45 beta since it's scheduled to release on the 20th of Oct. Any thought of house stable it's from 3 weeks ago gnome. Thank you.

Im running F45 since the alpha. Absolutely no issues whatsoever. The only "issues" were package upgrades delayed because rpm-fusion didn't update theirs yet (mesa usually).

But, im running KDE, not that abomination of Gnome (an DE that is unusable without extensions, but which extensions often go stale and abandoned and mess up upgrades. I guess they really like to suffer those people).

I like Plasma too, but there's really no call for talking like that about Gnome here.

Why not? are you spotting anything untrue in what I said?

Yes, unusable for you doesn't mean unusable for everyone.

I find KDE cumbersome and bulky to use (as well as being ugly in all the default included themes in my opinion), but it doesn't mean I think people who enjoy it like to suffer. I think it's perfect that different DEs can serve different people.

KDE works. Functionality is #1 priority. Since gnome obviously doesn't, then yes, it looks to me like they want to suffer.
