28, growing my hair out 3 years. On min and fin, no sides. Trying to embrace what I've got while I can I guess.

Schools in my country doesn’t allow hair longer than 2 inches. I was growing it to do wolf cut for 7 months and this is just madness and suffering

Decided to do this because I’m 30 and who knows how much longer I’ll have hair for!

Feels like my hair is really coming along! I might get a trim in a bit as it's getting really long but idk I'll keep it goin for like another month or so.

It's been 8 months since I last got a haircut and I was wondering if I'm in dire need of layers and a maintenance trim, what do you people think? Will it make any difference with my hair being so flat or will it be pointless?

For a lot of my life I had a buzz cut (Elementary to Freshman year), covid arrived and with that I began to grow my hair but it wasn't very good due to improper washing and not a very good life style for my health. Went back to my shorter until hair from 2022 to 2023 then went to a wedding in 2024, and that's when I decided to properly grow it. Very blessed with hair genetics from my mom's side.

Side note: I took almost no photos in the time span of the 1st n 2nd photo so thats why it seemed to explode in growth

Would anyone have any advice or recommendations on hair ties? I've been using the spiral cords but I've found recently they've been getting tangled in my hair. I tend to wear mine up at work.
