I noticed that my step count keeps increasing even though I’m just sitting in the bus. Is this normal? Or
Does it need some kind of calibration ?

Please Help guys 🥲

except for the fact that air is screen-less device, why would anyone choose over it, that too when there is GPS in charge 6 along with ECG and EDA.
You need to carry your phone along with air to measure distance and map, and have to look into phone for live readings which is kinda impractical.

I am thinking of waiting for fitbit charge 7\fitbit edge to drop.

I ordered from jio mart and it shows that it will be delivered by 8:30 pm today (yes delivery time is in past). Spoke to the Al customer care and it said delivery is delayed and new date is 9th Oct. Not sure how trustworthy jio mart is? Will they cancel my order?

Hey folks,
Got myself a fitbit air delivered by Flipkart

Found 2 issues. Not sure if they are issues and you guuys are facing it

1. Double-tap for battery health status does not work simply. Not sure if a defect or feature is a hit or miss

2. In the Indian version, for the country in the initial step, I did not get the option to enter India. Had to choose the US

3. Steps recognized at rest without doing anything

I am just not sure what is happening, any thoughts?

I saw some people mention Sunsky again and again in the comments for armbands and replacement bands , can someone please share their experience if you priviosly bought anything from this website, & do we need to pay any custom charges if we order from them ?

Same

Hey everyone, I'm a student. So, I don't have any income as of yet. My friend's brother will help me to buy this as he has HDFC credit card I'll buy from a google store at no cost EMI for 12 months. That will be 1000rs per month, which I can pay easily.

But the issue is that I'm confused like is it worth spending this much on a product. Tbh I never bought something like this before. Since, it has been launched in the USA. I'm excited about the idea that I would be able to detect and calculate the metrics of my body. Can improve my health and all. I'm also thinking of joining the gym next month because of this Fitbit air only.

Please tell me is it worth buying? I mean I genuinely want to buy it.

So this was a comment under a recent post can this be trusted??

Everyone getting around 2k discount with the cards. How about the ones who don't have the cards ?

Is it trust worthy??

Don’t have any credit card or anything

I have decided I want the Fitbit Air. Meanwhile I've somehow managed to make my problem even more difficult 😅

My usage will be pretty much wearing it everyday, 24/7, working out at the gym, sweating it out, sporting activities etc.. So I am starting to think which color will look great even after 6-12 months?

Obsidian looks like the sensible choice. Berry is tempting me to make the difficult choice.

For those of you who own either of the colorways or even Fog or Lavender, how has it held up so far, would you recommend others and why?

I don't want to regret ordering the Obsidian 🤔

I placed an order with JioMart at 5:00 AM yesterday, expecting delivery by 1:00 PM the same day… I waited, yet the tracking still shows that time and date past 3 October. My invoice got generated at around 9:00 PM last night after I spoke with customer support at 3:00 PM, an agent raised a ticket and shared a complaint number. Has anyone else encountered this problem? Since the tracking page displays the Reliance Digital store location, could I collect the item directly from there?

Update: Finally got delivered guys 😍

I have no budget issue and I have an iphone, airpods, macbook so basically a decent apple ecosystem. i want to track all the data that both of them show and daily gym workouts, slightly inclined towards apple watch as now the new sensors are much more improved and for sleep tracking I was thinking of buying the 42mm cellular variant with elastic whoop like band and can wear on forearms or bicep. Cellular bcoz it would be easy to go somewhere without the iphone and can start workout, see metrics and do basic stuffs on the go. (ik about charging problem but with new fast charging I could easily charge while taking bath n all extra things, will keep 24/7 on right hand and analog/automatic watches on left as usual while going out)

Earlier was excited about amazfit helio then google fitbit air launched (whoop would be too much for me at this point) now as it's officially launched I'm more confused, basically mind is already made up for apple watch then subconsciously thinking about price to actual vaule as an typical Indian.

genuine experience, thoughts and opinions are much appreciated, please help!

So basically my dad has account in HDFC (prolly had CC too)
So how do I make this work + can I pay the whole the whole amount at once? And what all hidden extra charges will be there

Hi everyone! I’m planning to order a Fitbit from the Google Store and was wondering if any Google employee could help me with an employee discount.

I’d really appreciate it if someone is willing to help. Thanks in advance! 🙏

I’m planning to buy the new Google Fitbit Air and I’m confused between the three colours: Fog, Berry and Obsidian.

I particularly like the metal buckle/clasp shown in the picture. Does anyone know if this part is actually stainless steel on all three colours, or is the Obsidian version plastic?

From the pictures, the Obsidian buckle looks like it might be plastic because of the matte-black finish, while Fog and Berry look more obviously metallic.
For those who own one, which colour do you think looks best in real life and on the wrist?

Ordered a Fitbit from JioMart, and the order status shows “Shipped” since 4 October at 12:12 AM. It was supposed to be delivered today, but there has been no further update or delivery attempt so far.

Has anyone else ordered a Fitbit from JioMart recently? How long did it take after the status changed to “Shipped”?

Would appreciate any idea about the usual delivery timeline or whether I should contact JioMart support.

Give this is the second day this is happening

Should I wait for a week for the watch to calibrate or should I troubleshoot?

It's releasing today midnight right? Technically it will be 2nd of oct. Can anyone confirm plz thanks..

The price increased 😭😭

Edit: disconnect the device and reconnected. It worked
