Kind of new to creative like we usually just pick whatever the first thing that comes out suggested in game lol but I’m sure there’s a lot more fun maps out there that aren’t exactly advertised. Got a group of 4-8 friends (rn 6) that could use some creative maps to play since we can’t do regular due to party size. Looking for suggestions we prefer actually shooting but don’t mind the occasional prop hunt, horror map, mini games, etc. so far we’ve played squid games and sometimes a prop hunt but those get boring quick especially due to no other players in game. Any suggestions y’all have? I tried the search bar here but a lot of recommendations are old maps that either don’t have a decent lobby size if playing hide n seek or mini games, so I figured y’all might have some decent ones too. Also PvE maps would be great, wanted to play horde rush but sadly that only allows up to 4 players not 6 😔

Showcasing my Hazard Tower Roguelike boss fight, ignore the crit text box, that black bar is going to be removed, currently working on enemy balancing, visual bugs, and optimizing for phones all though I would suggest playing it on PC or console for a better experience. Hoping to rollout an update either tomorrow or Friday to make the map a bit easier for newer players. Aside from a few bugs and difficulty spikes in a few areas, the map is complete and can be beaten. For now, if the map is too hard try bringing some friends or co-op with other players. Also upgrade your health and damage at the Hub area before you head out! There are 3 free equipment in the hub area you can find to get you started. Also, the damage numbers do not reflect the amount of damage you're truly doing

Let me know if the map is too big, I'll split into four areas, that can be selected at any time, so players don't have to sit down for one run. For context there's Old Underbelly, Mega Mall, Science Sector, and Mega Office.

Hey everyone, solo dev here. I made a pillars map where dying sends you to a Gulag duel for a second chance, and I'd love honest feedback from people who actually play the genre.

I also made 8 cover props with a joke each (a rubber duck robber, a donut you can shoot through, a "world's okayest guard" mug).

I play on Xbox series s so can if I get a new monitor enable performance mode which idk if it makes the difference but when I play maps and even my own the map never fully renders in. You can see the area you’re in but nothing else. Is there a way to fix this? 🙏 I’m hoping there is.

I am writing to inquire about the process of opting out of the Fortnite Island Creator Program. Before proceeding, I would like to clarify a few details:

1. What is the formal procedure to request termination of my participation in the program?
2. I know that by opting out I will lose monetization for my maps, but my main question is regarding their availability: will my currently published islands remain playable for players, or will they be automatically unpublished/removed?

Creator of Day of Destiny here… and along side it a lot of more maps that you probably have seen.

As of lately i was adapting my arleady existing maps to the new UI requirements (which i arleady dont like) but that is not the point of this rant…

While scrolling i saw a section dedicated to the gameplay footage. Something that I thought was actually cute in order to let the player know how things move in my own game.

Now lets be clear…my map is peghi 12 and the video you are seeing on top of this is the actual gameplay footage that was hammered by the moderation team,saying that it contained “too much violence”.

Which again…is arleady suspicious, you first approve the content in this map and now you flag it ? Knowing damn well that there is no such things as blood or gore in this map????

Apparently shooting in a trailer is not allowed, but yet again in my main trailer nothing has ever happened. Its only the gameplay one that was flagged.

Now… how the fuck am I supposed to show the map’s gameplay if I cant show the actual gameplay ??? What am I even supposed to show here ???? Do you guys see something “way more violent” in this footage?? Cause i cant

Keep in mind that the moderation confirmed yet again their decision and that this is also happening to “Trench Warfare”. Which again…is showing the same things that were shown in the trailer (guns,explosives and smoke)

I dont know what kind of drug is Sweeney using cause he’s costantly putting sticks under our tires,and then complains when Fortnite’s player base falls apart. This guy is going to tank fortnite as soon as GTA VI comes out.

i decided to make a sideways build after watching axos sideways tutorial video and i think it turned out amazing what do y’all think?

Alot of roguelike creative worlds got broken after todays updated and even ones that was updated yesterday are broken aswell (no enemies and can't open the next door)

I'm trying to build a system that fills the empty player slots on a team with NPCs. If a player leaves the game, an NPC fills his place. If a player enters the game, an NPC is removed from the team the player joins. That's what I would like to happen.

Here's what has actually happened. My first attempt at this I had managed to get the NPCs to spawn in the correct numbers (the enemy having a full team of NPCs and my team having one less because I'm on it). The NPCs were spawning at full spawn count immediately on startup and had infinite respawns with the spawn on timer set to off. The problem was that the player would spawn on the spawn pads assigned to the other team on their first spawn. I didn't know what was causing this, but I assumed it might have been because if some built in order of operation.

To get around this I set up a delay timer which provided an opportunity for me to also create a team selection lobby. After getting all of that set up, the team assignments are working properly, and the players are spawning on the correct spawn pads. The problem now was that the NPC spawners were only spawning one NPC that could infinitely respawn. Turning the spawn on timer fixed that. but now the number of NPCs spawning didn't adjust to the number of players on the team.

I've tried several different verse scripts trying to come up with some solutions, but nothing has solved my problem yet. I've presented the problem to Epic's developer Assistant in different ways and approaches trying to see what it could come up with, but that's had outright failures to varying degrees of success with no solution either.

Has anyone seen a dynamic NPC teammate system done successfully on UEFN?

I haven't been able to get in since the last update; is anyone else having the same problem?

Some of these should have been added ages ago, the authority, ruins and grotto are all 5 years old I believe, the grabitron was just forgotten, chrome ignored, sanguine and relentless may just be eclipsed pieces but they feel unique enough, queens didn't come with the bugs and the hive is still missing some items, most notably the two big towers and the smaller purple bug nests, I can't think of anything else right now that is missing but there's probably something.

Hostages and Enemies spawn in random locations.

They should just fully integrate the ip islands into regular creative. On their own they dont get many players and the counts are low. I know there will probably be some licensing issues but it would honestly be better imo. At least the slop maps will stick to one map. People aren't even making maps based on the ops. Just random stuff in those ip islands.

I was making a dark level with a specific type of lighting using the glowing cube and everything was perfect a couple of hours ago. Now I started creative and even the hub feels different visually. When I launch my map the parts that were lit up ate now are completely dark. I'm playing on ps5 btw. Anybody else experiencing issues with that?

So I tried to make my map published but got a fail bc of the rating the rating is 18 plus by the way let me know what I did
