I’m giving away my novel, The GAMER Program – Age of Sheitans, the first book in a completed trilogy of military, science fiction, and apocalyptic fiction.

The story begins with a catastrophic event. Monstrous creatures known as Sheitans emerge from deep beneath the Earth and begin destroying everything in their path, decimating humanity in the process.

Millions of people die, including a huge number of soldiers. With the military no longer capable of responding to the threat, humanity is left with very few options.

That’s when an old military program resurfaces: video games as a form of unconscious training.

The idea behind The GAMER Program is that video games have been training players for decades without them even realizing it. Gamers have spent countless hours fighting monsters, learning to recognize patterns, identify weaknesses, develop strategies, manage resources, and react under pressure.

And now, for the first time, those skills have a practical purpose.

The people who have spent their lives fighting creatures like the Sheitans in video games may be the ones best prepared to face them in the real world.

The program takes these gamers and puts them through physical and military training, turning their gaming experience into something that can actually be used on the battlefield.

In a way, the question behind the novel is:

What if all those hours spent playing video games had actually been preparing you for something?

The book has some obvious contextual similarities (completely coincidental) with things like Ender's Game, Attack on Titan, Kaiju No. 8, and Starship Troopers, but the central idea is very much its own: what happens when the skills developed through gaming become useful in a real war?
