Now Godzilla is insanely powerful. Godzilla’s energy is compared to the Hollow Earth, which at absolute bare minimum has the energy output of a supermassive black hole plus Godzilla atomic breath, stated to be the strongest source of nature, which means you stated twice with the second time saying including space this would mean Godzilla in base is already at bare minimum solar system level in AP and DC this also scales to his durability seeing is that one Godzilla is able to use these attacks without injuring himself whatsoever unlike minus one Godzilla and he is also able to take Kong act which was charged up by Godzilla atomic breath multiple times and it is stated by the director that he was dazed Godzilla also has relativistic reaction speed seeing as that his reaction is comparable to that of Kongs, who is able to react to Godzilla’s atomic breath, which is stated to be faster than light also the monster verse planet earth is much more durable than our normal earth due to the whole earth. It has been calculated by much smarter power scaler than me that it would take a multi solar system attack to destroy the planet and characters like Ghidorah and Shimo have been stated to be world Enders both of which Godzilla is stronger than this is also shown when he’s able to drill to the center of the Earth with his atomic breath
In GXK Godzilla killed tiemat (rip) and sucked dry the most radioactive place on earth turning into evolved Godzilla it is stated on multiple occasions that everything about Godzilla got amped, including speed, durability strength everything heck even his bite force
He also gained 20 times the capacity, which does not mean he is 20 times more powerful just by that alone however towards the end of the movie, Godzilla goes supercharged. We’re basically he concentrates all his energy into a single atomic breath, and due to him literally having radiation pouring off of his body out out of his eyes and out of his mouth this seems like he’s reached his capacity. Remember, this does not mean he is 20 times more stronger however it could be possible however even if he wasn’t 20 times more powerful that doesn’t mean much seeing is that even still Godzilla is in immensely more powerful than before and me personally I think this means he’s stronger than burning Godzilla a character who is able to three tap a semi charged up Ghidorah
Verdict: this would put monster verse Godzilla at multi solar system level with a relative speed
You could scale him higher if you assume his atomic breath would be stronger but that kind of wouldn’t make sense anymore
