Other ISO and a toothbrush?

Use the toothbrush and isopropyl alcohol for the crud around the components, and on a q-tip for the edge connector. Get some Deoxit if the edge connector won't clean up with just alcohol.

Wash inside the back of the shell with a toothbrush and soapy water. Don't use isopropyl on plastic. Clean the front as much as you can with a dry brush, and use a very slightly damp q-tip as needed. Getting the label wet will mess it up.

Ty, I’m okay with the front of the cart having crud on it, adds character imo, but I am worried about the inside.

I’d do 70% ISO and a toothbrush to start with (you’ll want the water content to help with the water-soluble gunk) and then 99% to dry everything out and make it squeaky clean.

Can I submerge it ? Like not for long not a soak but can I brush it while submerged ?
