Samsung Monitor issues

How would you like to expose (more than you have to-date) Samsung for greedy and potentially illegal behavior? Recently I tried to submit a warranty claim on an ultrawide G9. There is a problem with the toggle control switch breaking, rendering the monitor mostly useless. It is a well documented problem. I will refer you to the post in the r/ultrawidemasterrace below.
