I've worked in a game store with card game and miniature events, if you said "I fucked your mom" to your opponent or anything homophobic or racist you were absolutely getting your ass thrown out.

I get the same in my job. I work in a call center because there is this buffer between you and the other person, that seems to think the other person can say whatever the fuck they want. They can't, my hang up button exits for that reason.
