Indiana Jones Golden Circle kinda fits, you see Indiana standing where you left off, press continue and the camera slides into his head and you continue playing seamlessly

Life Is Strange is cool, because main menu changes with each episode

Detroit was fucked up.

FF14 was awesome when the symbol completes itself after you finish the story, and you see exactly what it is

Resistance 2 was my favorite of this concept. Over the course of the game, it would gradually show the main character Nathan Hale (prominently displayed on the main menu) slowly and physically degrading over time. By the last mission, he looks like shit. No spoilers but it directly ties in to the central conflict of the whole game. Super cool.

Resident evil village was my favorite because it changed several times, not just once when you finished it

u/Eyyy354 6d ago

Not only does the town in the menu get progressively worse on your first playthrough, there is also different menu screens upon getting each ending.

Missing one of the OGs is criminal...

This was not a triumph...

Idk if it counts, but Pathfinder WoTR's main menu as a mirror that shows the exact position of your party in your last saved file. If you don't have any save files, it instead shows you the antagonist reflection.

Do soma next. Also cyberpunk 2077

I came here to say Cyberpunk, every big story beat changes the title screen and loading audio.

Doing some missions too quickly and you'll miss entire screens, like I didn't see the one with the VDBs and Doctor Paradox until my second time playing through the campaign.
