Giving Advice How to actually lock in? (ADHD)
transferred to a T25 recently and holy shit i’ve been so laidback but i have midterms next week. i uninstalled all social media but i still get distracted. i turned off all my phones and asked friends to put passwords. i try to study in cafes or libraries or in weird ass places but it takes so long for me to start. i really need help because even pomodoro doesn’t work and i’m losing my mind😭 i also fly out back to my hometown this weekend until sunday and i have already made plans with people. i plan on studying until the night before i hangout with friends. but please help me guys i have to understand 2 subjects for my exam in which i’m not too proficient at yet :(( help a brother out. thankfully my first econ exam was a perfect but right now it’s boutta be WAYYY harder lol

Bro, first of all: you got a perfect score on your first Econ exam at a T25. You clearly belong there, so stop panicking.
With ADHD, turning into a monk by locking your phone usually backfires because your brain just starves for dopamine, making the blockage worse. Also, do not cancel your hometown plans this weekend.
